Wakeo also offers several modes of connection to carriers, ranging from API to simple Excel files, allowing the integration of any carrier, greatly facilitating their integration on the platform. Finally, Wakeo provides numerous indicators, enabling near real-time monitoring of our carriers' performance, as well as the ability to challenge them using Wakeo's portfolio data. **What do you dislike about Wakeo?** The integration and monitoring of transport documents could be improved. D&D analytics do not adapt well to consolidated containers (cost replication), requiring manual reworking from raw data. And the tracking of shipments in containers (Road/OOG) is difficult, if not impossible, to follow in real-time. **What problems is Wakeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wakeo initially allowed us to centralize and standardize the tracking of our transports, avoiding the use of multiple tools or Excel files, and ensuring the same level of information for everyone. Subsequently, prediction and real-time visibility enabled us to shift from a reactive mode of action to a proactive approach in managing our transports. ### 2. Their platform, both clear and intuitive, along with automated alerts, ensures real-time information for our teams while significantly reducing the manual tasks associated with shipment tracking. **What do you dislike about Wakeo?** While Wakeo excels in maritime visibility, some features related to road transport still need to be refined. **What problems is Wakeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** WAkeo knows how to adapt to our needs and has been very responsive by being proactive, during the USA/Iran war, by offering daily updates and adding features specific to the concerned area. ### 3. The software offers easy handling for both customers and employees, without resorting to complex and complicated structures. This user-friendliness is particularly valuable to us as it significantly reduces the time required for training and daily use, creating a pleasant experience for both new users and company members. I also find it remarkable how straightforward the initial setup is for customers. This user-friendliness contributes to making Wakeo a pleasant and efficient solution for our needs. Overall, I rate Wakeo with a high probability of 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague. **What do you dislike about Wakeo?** It happens that shipment data is not fully transmitted, here you must manually be made aware of individual faulty shipments. **What problems is Wakeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Wakeo for clear real-time shipment tracking. It offers an intuitive dashboard for customers and employees and facilitates container monitoring. The easy handling without complicated software increases our efficiency. ### 4. The Booking Module achieved cost savings through automated workflows.
