**What do you like best about VoIPLy?**

It's cheap! You can get your calls on your mobile phone, and texts too.

**What do you dislike about VoIPLy?**

I've had issues with the phone not ringing, logs not being accessible, the mobile app going nuts, etc.

**What problems is VoIPLy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a relatively traditional phone and this usually fits the bill

Simple to setup. Simple to use. Works just like my old landline.Time it took to port my old number

No problems. All works exactly as indicated

Backup phone in case of  storms

**What do you like best about VoIPLy?**

Voiply Support is always available and helped get my business going fast. Anytime there is an issue I simply chat or call in. The platform is simple to use and mobile app works great. I switched from a large telecom to Voiply and couldn’t be happier! I

**What do you dislike about VoIPLy?**

They don't support Polycom phones. There also aren't any CRM integrations.

**What problems is VoIPLy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've saved a ton compared to my previous provider. Much less time wasted configuring the phone system.

**What do you like best about VoIPLy?**

Nice web site, looks very polished, easy access to support.

**What do you dislike about VoIPLy?**

So they claim to have Android, IOS, Windows, Mac support, in reality they have Chrome support. Their app ONLY works via an open browser window. Accidentally close the window and you have NO COMMUNICATIONS! There are also no Chrome extensions that currently work on their “new platform”, which seems to have fewer working features than their old platform. Unable to import contacts.

Customer service is good and responds quickly while you are signing up, but gets slower when you have problems. The website is very slick, but the product is simply lacking. AVOID this service unless you want to be frustrated.
