The interface of Vividly is very easy to use, which makes onboarding smooth for our team and allows us to easily access the information we need. It also helps us better budget as a team, as we all manage a number of retailers and distributors, giving us the ability to see everything accurately throughout the year. The budgeting capabilities allow us to see exactly which promotions are working and which aren't, enabling us to understand our profitability as a team. Additionally, I look back and think the initial setup was perfect; Brianna did an exceptional job in onboarding the team and getting us up to date on how to use the platform. There are some aspects in which the Vividly team has to own that I think would be more beneficial if we could. For instance, just editing promotions, changing title names easily, if we make mistakes and write off a deduction that was actually meant to be disputed, I wish there was an easier way to find those things after an action has already been taken. I usually have to reach out to Brianna Franklin who then has to assist me. I understand that there is a need for not giving clients access to the back end, to mitigate errors, but having access could remove a layer of responsibility from the Vividly team.
