**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

I love that VirtualPBX is reliable and has great customer support. Whenever I've had a problem, I've been able to reach out to them and get answers almost immediately. I also appreciate that it's very affordable, and it was easy to create an account and get their services. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

Text messaging here. Sometimes I really do need to add and the most is very expensive, whereas I could use other options. That are not so interface friendly like Google Voice but it's free.

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use VirtualPBX to communicate efficiently with my US-based clients while overseas, solving communication issues and avoiding service disruptions from unreliable phone operators.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

The many options available with service like voicemail boxes, the call logs and the option of a recorded voicemail message or a personal one. The customer service team is top notch. Taylor Smith worked diligently with our IT personnel to remedy the outbound dropped call issue.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

The only downfall is the cost of the program although it is competitive.

We lost our previous phone service and by recommendations of our IT rep they suggest Virtual PBX

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

The team that assisted me was Professional from start to finish. If you want best in class service Virtualpbx is the company to choose. My prior 17 years with Vonage was horrible. Rory, Justin, Ido and Raeven are excellent in their jobs and follow through on everything. I was up and running on my SMS/Porting as promised with help along the way. 

If anyone is looking for a new carrier Virtualpbx  should be your choice. Thanks for your help I appreciate it!!!

The pricing is terrific and a great value.  The per line cost compared to a T1 is about 30% less expensive

It took a little while to set up but after that it is fine.  The line configuration was then easy to figure out.

I would recommend it for anyone using T1 lines

I've been a longtime customer of VirtualPBX. Their service is extremely reliable and the quality is excellent. I rarely have an issue with my phone service. The pricing is also reasonable, especially for small businesses like mine. Also, the are quite a ew features that are included with my account.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

Nothing that I can think of offhand. I really haven't had any negative experiences.

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an affordable service that included music on-hold, extra lines that I can add for employees that work remotely, and the office hours features. Also, getting voicemails emailed to me saves me from calling in to listen to them, especially when I am traveling. I also really like that this service conveys a lighter level of professionalism for my business.

The support is excellent! Have been with them for many years, after having been with another service.

They had started to use offshore support which was OK, but not like the US team.

Also, the fax component is average. Sending had problems.

You can look like a big business with the virtual pbx functions, even as a solopreneur. Not expensive, great value for the money.

I am pleased with the customer service that I have received with PBX. I have come upon some issues, but they have been very proactive in correcting them. Kathy Melendez and David have been amazing; they have been extremely helpful in making sure that my phone system is working correctly.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

I was having some issues with my incoming and outbound texts that were not being received, but it seems that it has been corrected. Kathy created a sheet for me to make sure I do not loose any messages.

It has been convenient to have the soft app in my cell phone to use for my business number instead of carrying two different phones. PBX has been helpful for my new business.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

Creating the account and getting the incoming greetings up and running using the temp number made the transition a snap.  I was very impressed with the attentiveness and effective communication when they ported our phone number in.  All without any additional costs.   Lets be honest - we like the fact that VirtualPBX is one-third the cost of what we had been using.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

I wish it were easier to replace a recorded greeting file.  It seems you have to upload a new file and re-link the recording into the correct spot on the tree, which makes fine-tuning the greeting segments a bit tedious.

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one has to answer the phone anymore!  All the annoying automated calls just disappear.  Important voice mail messages proactively arrive as an email - no need to check if any calls arrived.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

It was easy to install with the phones that we already had. It was very easy to talk to customer service whenever we had a problem. The hold music could be anything you wanted as long as it was on your computer. The online question and answer section of help was very good.  Was able to use that instead of calling customer service all the time.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

Some of the options were hard to execute. We could never transfer a call from one phone to another.  It was always a problem that they tried to help on.  We also we not able to make a phone to phone call.  So the person answering the phone, would have to get up and go to the other office to ask a question.  We did not have an auto attendant, so all the lines rang into the main phone and that had the voicemail.

They are a good company for the money.  The customer service was very good and helped and a couple of problems we had.

We had no phones at the business, because we only had internet, no land lines.  It works with the phones that we had, and PBX was able to get us up and running very swiftly.  We were able to keep the phone number that we had and only had about 30 minutes of down time as they ported over our number to their system.

The customer service. I've had a greaat experience with customer service whenever I have an issue or question about the system.

I get lost sometimes when the system changes around and tutorials online are outdated with the older console. I am liking the new system though, it just took awhile to figure my way around.

The ability to set your business hours and configure different options during opening and closed hours.

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to tell (when having calls forward to your personal device) the caller id's phone number AND identify it as a business call. There is the option of just forwarding the caller id details but then I'm not sure if it is on my business line or personal line.

Having a toll-free number where my customers can reach me at times I designate through my cell-phone is amazing! I have the convenience I'm used to but the professional presentations clients expect.

I like that (as an administrator) I can log-in and adjust our phone system as needed. Easy to customize. 

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

We seem to have problems often with VirtualPBX. Sometimes calls are routed incorrectly or out of sequence and sometimes an extension will be 'unavailable' to a caller when the extension is marked 'available'. We have also had trouble with calls routing to incorrect departments when a specific department is requested. Support gets our issues taken care of BUT they shouldn't happen as often as they do.

Do lots of research on your phone system!

Having a phone system that works properly is extremely important for any business. Using this system allows us to conduct business as 85% of our business begins with a phone call.

Have been with VirtualPBX a while using VConsole.  Still learning Dash.  Big learning curve from VConsole to Dash.  

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

The transition was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!  Not a simple flip of the switch.  Had to completely rebuild pbx and call routing.  

It was switched with notice but no help from tech until we called and asked for assistance.  It took over a month to get kinks worked out of system with multiple phone calls to transition team member who ultimately was helpful but hard to get a hold of due to her knowledge.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

I love the customization that the VirtualPBX gives my company. Being able to set holiday schedules and special conditions when we have meetings makes it even more convenient. The teleconferencing option was a nice little add-on that we've actually ended up using quite a bit.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

I wish they would expand their selection of acceptable phones, the higher end phones that we wanted weren't supported.

Great budget friendly VOIP service for small businesses.

We've been able to avoid missing a call when someone wasn't at their desk with the call chasing option. The auto attendant is amazing for routing out most of those pesky robo calls.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

I don't like much after their 10x price increase for a product with very little value.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

I was a customer for 8 years before the company suddenly increased their prices from roughly $60/month to ~$600/month.  We had been using the product simply as a virtual voicemail service and were happy to pay about $750 / year for very little.  However, this new pricing scheme would amount to making our least important piece of technology (basically a VM spam filter) more expensive than all of our CRM, collaboration tools, and other technology combined.  VirtualPBX is terrible...customers BEWARE.  Also, if they keep their strong rating here for much longer, I have to believe it is because fully business is happening with the review site because this is simply egregious.

Stay away!

We have used the product as a voicemail box for spam calls, etc.  However, they then raised the price an insane amount, the value prop went completely out the window.  It is like paying the price of a Ferrari for a Toyota.

Honestly kind of hard to learn and confusing at first. Especially had trouble with the mobile app. But customer service has been great and walks you through any issues you may encounter

it's great that you can reroute the calls to anywhere - as someone calls your office but you're not in your office

If you're not getting through to customer support, give VPBX a bad review and you will be contacted immediately. It shouldn't have to be like this, but that has been my experience.

VirtualPBX provides the in-house phone system for our small business

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

The DASH interface is much better and easier to use that the original software. I also like the call forwarding. If I'm out of the office, the call is forwarded to my cell phone. The technical support is great, with the reps willing to troubleshoot any issues until it is resolved.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

With the previous software, both my 800 and local numbers also served as a fax number. With DASH, I had to get a separate number. Incoming faxes are fine; outgoing requires a hard-to-remember email and limits attachments to one PDF (i.e., cannot fax a Word doc).

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VirtualPBX gives my company a professional image.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

The opportunity to configure the system to serve our small business.  We operate out of multiple offices,  but need to be attentive too incoming calls as our appointment scheduling is imperative to our success. Group routing calls ensures every call gets answered how we have configured the system.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

I would like to see Presence better integrated and use of feature keys on our polycom phones. 

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call routing has helped us be most attentive to our clients, from initial contact to routing calls to the appropriate individuals in remote offices,  corporate office,  and even in the field.

Fairly easy to setup and configure.  ACD routing feature was simple enough to setup and administer.

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

Price was too high for what this service delivers, especially in light of competing platforms now available, namely from Amazon with the Amazon Connect service.  Setting up recordings was expensive and took a long time.

**Recommendations to others considering VirtualPBX:**

Take a look at competitors.  Amazon's Connect service is not a mature (yet) but delivers similar features at a fraction of the cost.

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACD routing for company and delivering calls to users phones without having to setup individual VOIP phones.

**What do you like best about VirtualPBX?**

They have good intentions and have tried to build the app for mobile communication. 

**What do you dislike about VirtualPBX?**

The app doesn't really work. RingCentral completely stomps VirtualPBX in the dirt with comms. The pricing is very similar as well. 

**Recommendations to others considering VirtualPBX:**

I wouldn't buy this, I would probably go with RingCentral or another provider until they get there stuff sorted out. 

**What problems is VirtualPBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We we're trying to get a solution for office and on the go but VirtualPBX fell short. We didn't benefit from the app, it was hard to get it to work and drained battery.

I've spoken with our technical staff about your Softphone App registration issues and it's likely the problem occurred due to a technical issue with your network. Our Softphone App works in conjunction with your network/wifi, therefore if there is a network issue, that would affect the Softphone App's ability to function properly. We always aim to provide guidance when helping customers address network issues, but unfortunately, some issues are outside our realm of control.
