We have substantial data, so being able to filter what I do and don't want right from my browser and just export is the fastest and easiest way to get what I need. Viewgol also has a deep understanding of our specific data, so the scorecards are meaningful and give me a complete picture. **What do you dislike about Viewgol?** After receiving release v5.2.3.0, which lets me save my defaults; ill have to get back to you on this question... **What problems is Viewgol solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest thing I have solved for is consistent analysis; Viewgol does the math while I get to sit back and watch... when I don't like what I see, I can click a button and find the problem. Viewgol makes it easy to drive and track productivity. **What do you dislike about Viewgol?** I haven't found anything to dislike. Viewgol is great. **What problems is Viewgol solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viewgol keeps me informed and on point with where my team in is in revenue cycle.
