  ### 1. Still Need more functionality

**What do you like best about Veruna?**

Almost everything can fit in a report. Very organised once you know how to handle and sort information

**What do you dislike about Veruna?**

The problem we have with Veruna is that support is through email only, and they run short regarding the commercial line department. We bought it because at that moment, on the demo, it was functional and the Acord forms were totally editable, and now we're finding out that that function was removed, making it less friendly to the users. We've been having this issue for the last year with no conclusive response yet. We've tried to explain this to the support team and our own implementation team to make it at least how they offered it to us at the moment, and nothing.

**What problems is Veruna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's still much room to develop and to grow for this system. It has resources and potential, however I could list many lacking components and functions that just don't work the way it was shown to us; the saddest part is that you have to resort to an additional application or wait for an answer. On the coverages part, business auto for example, you can't view directly what kind of coverages it has, and you have to take a roundabout that no one explains to you to make it happen.
It just doesn't deliver accordingly to what the system costs, which is not precisely cheap. we still waiting for answers

**What do you like best about Veruna?**

We've had a great experience with Veruna. From the initial scoping, buildout, training and deployment, the team has been excellent to work with. Customer service and tech support is incredibly responsive and timely  compared to other SaaS platforms.

**What do you dislike about Veruna?**

It's still a fairly new AMS platform comparatively, and so additional features continue to be built and deployed. While it works out of the box, it does takes some customization work to fully utilize the power of the Salesforce platform.

**What problems is Veruna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized AMS that's built on Salesforce and has the power of Salesforce customizability

**What do you like best about Veruna?**

Very little to like - in some areas the search option works well

**What do you dislike about Veruna?**

Very onerous system. Inability to have full functionality in word, excel and Adobe, inability to drag documents or files out of Veruna, everything must be downloaded, even standard lines of business still not "supported" such as commercial umbrella. This product is still nowhere near ready. Our office staff are in an uproar and it is seriously hindering our ability to service our clients

**What problems is Veruna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not appear to solve any problems - the issues we have are not just with the insurance service teams. It is across the board to claims and the accounting functionality is abismal.

**What do you like best about Veruna?**

Veruna had some innovative ideas but still had a long way to go to catch up with other agency management systems.    Customer Services was not up to par.  There were a lot of glitches that still needed to be worked out.  We tried for a year and had to give up as it was hindering our day to day process with our clients.   The concept is a good idea, however if you are not an expert in Salesforce platform this system can be very confusing.

**What do you dislike about Veruna?**

If you were not familiar with Salesforce, you can get lost in all of the coding needed to get your agency set up.   We were unable to export documents out of the system as all of the files would be corrupted.   We lost files as well.    Support was not up to par and often either didn't respond or was unable to solve our problems.  I spent hours within the tutorials in the Salesforce training platform to realize they did not apply (or I didn't know how to apply them) within the Veruna system.   I also spent hours trying to get help configuring the system to work for our brokerage and was very disappointed in the outcome.    I believe that this product went to market far too soon before all of the glitches could be worked out.    I was able to get another AMS system up and running in months, where Veruna was still not even compatible with our agency after a year.

**Recommendations to others considering Veruna:**

I would compare all other systems.  Hopefully Veruna has come a long way since we cancelled our service.

**What problems is Veruna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were not able to solve any problems with this system.   It actually created more issues for a new agency.
