**What do you like best about Sagitta?**

I like the customizability and data access in Sagitta. The combination of the accounting system and reporting functions is also really beneficial. The ability to pull all data and customize how it's input makes a big difference, and the accounting side blends well with the reporting system.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

I find the responsiveness an issue and the interface feels aged. There's also a need for better integration with third-party software. Improving and updating much of the user screens and experience, and introducing a more comprehensive API system would be beneficial.

**What problems is Sagitta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sagitta organizes our data, stores all accounting entries, and combines the accounting side with a reporting system. The ability to pull all data and customize input is key.

I like that Sagitta serves as a single source of reporting for forecasting and client contact information. I really appreciate Sagitta's ability to integrate with various applications like InsurLink, ImageRight, and PL Rater, which makes supporting our clients more seamless.

Some areas, such as proposal builder, could be improved by applying newer technology.

I like the policy page functionality in Sagitta because it lets me see everything at once. The grid is particularly beneficial for those who are logical and prefer that kind of view. From what I've heard, the initial setup was great.

Some of the interfaces could be updated. Update UI and other visual attributes.

I like Sagitta's ability to customize for our specialty business.

Certificate generation is cludgy, and the proposals just don't generate well. They don't pull all our specialty info, and the proposals are very plain. The initial setup was also time-consuming due to specialty information.

Need more info on reporting features. How to and what the repots are for and can benefit your agency.

Sagitta has built in reports that help the accounting team, however we would like more reporting, easy to use features to help with financials.

It's a very robust system, can do a lot of tasks. When filled out correctly, can contain most of the insurance detail you could possibly need.

There are a few bugs when you drill down to policy level functions. Certificate issuance can use a little updating.

Helping us keep all of our data in one platform, it's a very robust database.

i am in accounting and Sagitta does not have any bank reconcillation process within the system, so we have to complete this process outside using 3rd party

It is very user-friendly, and for any reason, if you are stuck, the Help and training tabs are very helpful.  It has an easy learning curve, and they make frequent Updates.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

My only problem I have is sometimes when there is a new update sometimes it act weirds.  But usually it is resolved quickly or if you have to contact support they are quick to reply with an work around.

Sagitta lets me access my clients quickly and efficiently.  I can see all their policies at a glance and update any personal information quickly.  I also like the My Recent Client tab as I use this frequently.  It is very easy to also produce Auto ID Cards or Endorsements for signature using the Forms feature.

It allows policy information to be detailed correctly into the database and pulls to our Standard Proposal and Schedules of Insurance. 

Invoicing is extremely easy and correcting an invoice is a snap.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

I wish that Sagitta had a way for us to be able to import property limits, general liability and work comp classifications and exposures. I understand that it doesn't do this because the information goes into "deeper" screens, but with today's technologies, I think they could find a way.

I also wish we could pull a standard report that includes all of the COPE information.

Proposal Builder is in the works. We don't have it yet, but it will allow us to create different proposal formats by department or coverage.

**What do you like best about Sagitta?**

The scalability is great for large scale operations.   
The organization of data is easy to learn.   
Invoicing, updating/revising invoices, and installments are aweseome. 
The way that production history is stored at the policy level but can be combined in A/R, statements or other reports.    
Ease of creating user/logins and the fact that they are tied together. 
New.Ren status is not tied to CNR!!! 
All the ways to find a client. 
Customized reporting to all layers of the data for all lines of business within the system.  
Ability to create dictionaries with correlatives to truly customized reports.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

AMS/Word is finicky and difficult to admin.   
Certificates don't offer client interaction for renewal purposes, forcing us to use a third party product.  
Not able to send documentation out through the system via email.  Cannot set up and USE the client's preferred communication method by type of communication.    
Workflows are not tied to the activities and are forced to a third-party product (worksmart). 
Lack of ability to capture international addresses and phone numbers.
Lack of bi-directional data flow (or even the need for it.
Still missing a lot of ACORD forms and updates to current applications/forms come slowly.
Lack of built in report scheduling and distribution - forces us to a third party product.

**What problems is Sagitta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sagitta has been in place now for many years, so I don't know that it's solving problems that any other system cannot at this point.  I don't believe our performance has benefited, mainly due to the need for third party products which require separate maint., training etc.   And while integrations exist to some of those systems, it's still a separate system, and colleagues recognize that.

User-defined fields allow us to put policy or customer data in the system to improve servicing.  Information is all in the system so everyone has access to it.

unable to update multiple policies at the same time
 unable to copy items from one policy to another,  drivers, vehicles, locations etc 
too many different screens to find information, no way to consolidate
unable to search by covered location
report builder is too cumbersome
certificates and applications rarely pre-fill correctly and have to be updated manually
no longer have access to email file 
policy and premium information  rarely downloads accurately

The interface is easy to use across the board. It's easy to add new clients, policies, activities, etc. I've used six client management systems in my career, and Sagitta has been one of the easiest to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

It is challenging to figure out the report system and how to set up preferences to run a new report. I usually have to call in to speak to a customer service representative so they can set it up how I want.

A client management system is vital for an independent agency like ours, since we partner with so many different insurance carriers. I need to be able to pull up a client's information quickly when they call in, so I can support them as efficiently as possible.

**What do you like best about Sagitta?**

I work in the Agency Commercial Claims Department. 
- I like the automatic Integration of claim details going directly into the ACORD Loss Notices.
- I like how you can jump directly from a diary to the claim with one click.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

- Sagitta needs to update the system to incorporate the latest ACORD Loss Notice Forms for Claims. The ones Sagitta uses now are very outdated and limiting. Please update to include the newest versions of the Loss Notices. 
- We would also like to see an "Insert" tab added to the Claims "CONTACT NOTES/COMMENTS" section to be able to insert older notes/comments that have not been entered yet. As it is now, the only options are "Add, Edit, Delete" We try to keep notes in chronological order, which is impossible to do when you cannot insert older comments/notes between the newer ones.
- Need to add an "Expense" field to the "Settlement" section of the "Claims Details" page.

**What problems is Sagitta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sagitta is an excellent resource to help us keep track of claims. Everything is in one place; the integration with ImageRight is seamless and easy to use. We would like to see a few refinements, but overall we are happy with the product.

it is cumbersome to teach new employees this system. many screens, data fields, etc.    I know it very well having worked in it for 18+ years

Sagitta is solving the double entry problem by having forms, proposals, applications, etc. generate from data on file.  Also, a great way to keep track of clients' insurance policies and coverage.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

The user interface is a bit dated and as a result the system seems clunky. Some font changes, color refresh, and some graphic updates could improve the experience.

**What problems is Sagitta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a new user but have already seen the benefits to our organization. It makes the integration between CSRs and admin seamless.

real time is most crucial in the insurance business. The time stamp has helped out when there have been questions

the different steps you have to go to in order to drop anything in the system. That is mainly the CBD part but it's all together with sagitta

**What do you like best about Sagitta?**

The detail and history within sagitta make it superior to other systems.  I like the ability to add all of the information in one place for each policy period knowing that everything can be located at any time if necessary.  I like the flexibility of being able to customize the screens for   information that may be needed for our unique clients or for reporting purposes.

**What do you dislike about Sagitta?**

The policy detail does not transfer easily and intuitively to acord forms.  The lack of some acord forms makes it more challenging to complete a submission without generating forms outside sagitta.
  Being unable to generate other than "canned" reports without using external reporting tools can be frustrating to managment who don't understand sagitta.

**Recommendations to others considering Sagitta:**

I highly recommend sagitta to insurance agencies looking for an agency management system that can provide a solution for all sizes and types of clients.  It has flexibility and customization to make it usable for any size agency.  It provides more detail for any account entered wholly and correctly.  The history functionality is far superior to most systems and provides management with an added feature when needed.

**What problems is Sagitta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have spent considerable time maintaining consistency  with our data in sagitta to eliminate potential errors and omissions claims.  We have chosen to enter the underwriting and coverage information for all accounts so that anyone looking for information knows where it will be located in sagitta. Without work smart it is challenging to standardize workflows for similar tasks performed by all account managers. Sagitta has allowed us to do this easily.

Outdated, not user-friendly, downloaded information doesn't sync/fill in entirely with some carriers. Unable to create reports on individual levels and client managers unable to track book of business.

It doesn't always pop up, sometimes it comes up blank. seem a bit unstable, and goes in an off-line mode, saying "'Disconnected" in the middle of a something.

When creating a cert, if there is a policy term cert before it, it doesn't pull the information - or all the info to renew it.

Invoicing - making changes or notes on an invoice are problematic.
