
The system's design is incredible, probably the best I've ever used, built with the user in mind. With hundreds of small but handy features, you can really streamline your business and get your information centralised online. I've since moved on to a different industry and am using other cloud-based ERP systems and I really miss these small things, such as being able to add notes to all areas and set them as alerts to pop up, also being able to drill down and filter all the information, Vantage was really great for that. The help guide is so substandard I almost want to give them a 1-star review. There is a knowledgeable support team, but they try to keep you dumb and assume that they are the only people who can grasp how the system works. This is all in the hope that you will pay them for custom development and configuration, which I think was £600-800 per day.
We had the knowledge and expertise to implement, set up, and use the system to its full potential. Still, the lack of guidance/knowledgebase ultimately hindered this. This was then delayed further by support missing out critical bits of the system's logic, so our configuration and implementation of new features eventually became trial and error, what a shame.
