Transparent pricing. Very quick to create and launch a test. It is easy for the business user. They don't force you to contact a sales representative to start an account.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The test analytics and results could be more robust. The individual test results are easy to use and follow, however, it would be great if there was more indepth results synthesis tools. I need to export an manipulate a lot of the test results data outside of their tool  to fully distill the results and present to my stakeholders.

It's been really helpful to have a support team at the ready, reviewing and making suggestions as I go along. Also it's a great service generally.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I haven't really found any downsides to Userfeel, so much as just challenging to testing in general. Getting people to use the test properly can be hard!

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Userfeel primarily as a Usability Testing service PLUS getting input and sentiment from testers about how our interface is performing for them.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Love that I can pay-as-go.  Allows me to only run the tests I need, when I need them, without feeling that I am going to be beholden to them in the future and end up wasting tests that I don't use.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Sometimes tests are slow to run.  Had no trouble running desktop/laptop-based test, but mobile tests first didn't show up until I wrote support and are taking a long time to be picked up and completed.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel is allowing me to acquire nuanced, detailed user feedback from the types of users I want to hear from for a reasonable price and in the numbers I need, when I need it.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

The setup process to launch a usability study is very intuitive and quick. All the content is presented in a findable and learnable way, which one would expect from a user-testing platform. The support team were fairly responsive and when I had to get a replacement user test ordered, the team completed this within 24hrs at no extra cost, which I was happy with.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

UserFeel can improve by making 'highlights' more accessible and faster to find in the UI. The UI is confusing when it comes to finding your session highlights and extracting them takes a few more steps than should be required. The option to share recordings, without the user researchers' notes being visible would also be really useful. Then the sessions can be shared with clients and they can see the recordings within the context of the user testers profile.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserFeel will help us to improve our UX Discovery process with clients by giving us access to a huge pool of user testers that match our client's target audiences. This will benefit us because it will help us identify problems and create solutions, which can then be A/B tested in a live environment, ideally delivering value to our end clients and their users.

The customer service is excellent- account managers make recommendation on how tasks and questions can be improved. It's also very easy to clip and set up highlight reels.

There's a very quick turnaround on tests, and we can quickly and easily select the level of detail. It's also great to be able to be flexible on term/number of testers and we love the supporting documents which help us improve our tests.

In a 10x product, it would be fantastic to have the tester slots filled in real time so we could integrate into our daily/hourly release velocity. Aware how difficult this is.

Access to users is vital for our business, we can heatmap and see analytics data but it's impossible for us to get the level of insight we get from UserFeel narration. It's also helping our investor decks with honest feedback.

I think the platform is intuitive and easy to set up a user test.  The commenting system is easy to flag issues / bugs, and it's nice that you can share recordings with ease!

UserFeel seems like it has a limited amount of users in the USA. The tests have populated rather slowly for us which is concerning and makes the product less attractive to use for user testing.

UserFeel allows us to do user testing on our websites and web apps.  We appreciate the ease of test setup and collaboration that our team can leverage.  Ease of collaboration has incrased.

Pay as you go is the biggest benefit for me. We are a small org and need the flexible pricing. The interface is easy to use and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

When the tester does a poor job and just clicks through the test, I have to wait a long time to get a new tester approved and initiated. Reporting the tester is too many steps and then the long wait time to get a new tester. Also, being able to take clips of the test and download them separately would be helpful. Lastly, testers spend too much time trying to type information because they can't copy and paste from the task. Allowing them to copy and paste task content would be extremely helpful.

Has all the features you need to run the web or mobile testing effectively at $60/test. Customer service is very decent as well despite being based in Europe. Also has a rich base of testers which allows tests to get done very quickly.

Don't dislike anything - right-sized feature set with price creates a compelling value prop. It would be good to mature and add some features like User testing has to allow for quicker analysis of test results - but give those features as an upgrade choice if the price point is higher.

Allows me to precisely target my customers and get real feedback. Also, I like the ability to create video snippets of the feedback. The feedback we got was critical to kick-starting our user conversions. After taking input from userfeel testing, our sales took off and beat our expectations by miles.

Getting user feedback on a website has always been an almost impossible task.  This is the first service I have ever used that makes it easy to get high quality user feedback.

Hard to think of much to write here.  I guess a few sections could be less wordy, but that is a super nit picky thing.

I think your biggest advantage against your competitors is the export functionalities. They really help when you have to create a stakeholders report. You should advertise this more.

I don't like that some of your testers don't make a difference between a prototype and a live website/platform. I would suggest you educate them a bit more about the differences and what to expect.

Userfeel makes not only testing with external users easy but also analysing the results as well. Being able to write notes and pin them to a certain timestamp is powerful.

The video export feature where you can easily create snippets and share them publicly with notes. It's insanely valuable, especially when having to share insights with clients. In my case I've been using it for my copywriting projects and it gives me an additional level of credibiity. 

The templates are also really helpful for writing quick tests. Demographics are also quite comprehensive even tho not perfect for B2B, but still can get good results, fast.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

There's no guidance regarding how many tasks a test should have when you pick a test length. So if you pick 5 minutes, but then you write 10 tasks and testers take too long, you get an incomplete test. Rewuires experience in writing tests to understand this.

I'm getting helpful data from real users on usability of my clients' websites. Gives me insights into what's broken, what's confusing and it's pretty fast. Also easy to share the results.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

As a SEO expert, I want to help my clients not only rank their website higher on Google, but also make it convert better. More conversions for them means higher earnings for them, more happy and more assignments for me. I really like that I can set up really quickly a couple of user tests. I get results within a day, which is super helpful when you want to get quick insights that you will offer to your client as an extra bonus. Showing the actual videos to my clients is super impressive and I feel like becoming more important to their eyes. These videos also help me establish my arguments on improvements they should do on their website, either desktop or mobile.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything worked as expected.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

We all know websites like Usertesting. Great, but I don't need/want a subscription service and I'm not "enterprise". I recently ordered some website testing (for remote testers and my native testers) from the guys of www.userfeel.com. A small crew of designers/developers in Greece. They took the time to help me and to make sure I would run successful tests. Such a relief to talk to fellow professionals and to know they don't just want me to use the service; they want me and my tests to succeed.  Such a great service. AND! No need for expensive subscriptions ;-) I was surprised by the level of support and felt like sharing!

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

You can add your own testers, but then you have to explain everything. Explaining took more time than I thought. Next time I will add experienced people from the Userfeel testers, as you can find native speakers in most of the languages and they know what to do (esp. 'thinking aloud' is very valuable).

Just give it a go. No subscriptions!

Yes, it's true that testers of our panel are more "trained" as they have passed at least the qualification test. On the other hand, there are times that you may need a special demographic. In that case, external panels or recruiting users out of your website/app visitors may be the solution.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

With Userfeel, you have unlimited screener questions to find testers with the same demographics and interests as your visitors. 

What I like about Userfeel more than every other user testing tool is the support that they provide. Before creating an account, I had a meeting with an expert that presented me with the dashboard and answered every question to do my job easier. Whenever I have an issue, or I need help, they respond to me on the same day. They care to provide quality work.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The only thing that I have asked from Userfeel, and they haven’t given a solution, was when I wanted to run a moderated test on mobile, and they didn’t support it. But, as I can see, now Userfeel provides that service, and I am pleased about that.

**Recommendations to others considering Userfeel:**

Userfeel is the value for money user testing tool. It’s impressive to have the same features with usertesting.com and the other tools with no monthly fees or subscriptions.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can do user testing in every language I need and using as many screener questions I want, I can find testers that have similar interests with the users of the sites I am testing. With no subscriptions or monthly fees, I can use their services whenever I need them. Using other user testing tools, during the period we didn’t have anything to test, we felt that we wasted money. With Userfeel we think that by buying the tests we need to use, we save money.

Userfeel has ready-to-use templates with common tasks, questions and ratings that will help you to do moderated or unmoderated tests fast. When started using these templates got better insights as they contain tasks and questions in the right mixture and order to get the most out of your users.

I also like that I can download videos to my local computer or have them uploaded to my YouTube account automatically as unlisted videos. From there I can grab them and do more work with them (usually just trim them and share them).

The export to Word feature is not so clear how it works. I got it working after contacting their support, though.

Make our website more targetted. Optimize our copy and increase the conversion rate.

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

1) it's probably the most intuitive UI I experienced on all usability testing platforms. A small child would have been able to set up a study (or my grandma).

2) it's one of the best usability platforms when looking for testers to review a website in a non-English language. They have panels in every country you can think of, and you immediately get an estimation of how many potential testers there would be, and how easy it is to recruit for your study. While setting up a study, you can choose if you want native speakers or not, if they are supposed to talk in their own language, or a different one (e.g., English), etc.

3) unlike some other platforms, you can add your screener questions, and not carry out recruitment based just on demographics.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I am not a fan of the pricing system. Maybe it's because most of my tests are around 20 minutes long, and on Userfeel, you can pay for either a 20-min or 40-min test. There's always a chance that a tester (who speaks more slowly, especially if it's not their mother tongue) might not complete all the tasks in time. Sometimes testers spend way too much time on the first tasks, and then, they struggle to answer the last questions because of lack of time. Of course, I could always order a 40-min test, but the price doubles, and in some cases may seem too much for additional 2-3 minutes. There's also an option to report a video and have it replaced if Userfeel decides it was a tester's "fault"  not to complete all the tasks, but this might result in either testers or clients being unhappy with Userfeel's call.

When we need to ask testers to review a website in a non-English language, Userfeel is the place to go. Some countries have quite big panels for usability testing, but others - not at all. I know that if I can't recruit because of the location or spoken languages, Userfeel will be a lifesaver.

I like that I am able to do occasional user tests without commitments. Also the testing platform is very intuitive to use and the analysis part with the transcriptions works beautifully.

Not that much to dislike about this product but I think that perhaps there could be more qualification criteria for the tests. For example, it could be great for local businesses to have an option to filter more by location.

Userfeel helps us understand how the first-time visitor might use the site. We as website optimizers have seen the site too many times to be able to view it as a beginner.

The product's affordability was great and so important for us as a small startup looking to build our user testing experience. We looked at many other vendors but couldn't find a happy medium between the cost and the quality of the tests we could create. With Userfeel, we were able to review user behaviour and ask the questions we wanted. Looking forward to using this tool more!

This is an excellent tool for doing conversion research. It provides everything that Usertesting.com offers but charges per user test instead of needing to pay for a very expensive subscription. I particularly like the ability to create highlight reels that can be shared easily, and the support is fast if you need any help or any tests need replacing.

The pool of user testers isn't as large as Usertesting.com but hopefully that will grow soon.

The speed at which the studies are done. Typically they are done within 24-48 hours times.
The price is also very reasonable which we are comfortable with. The pay-as-you-go model is very suitable for us as we don't have regular user feel studies to run.

Some users lie about their location/language and some lie about their knowledge of technology. As a result, this leads to difficult to understand reviews. Some users also don't read some tasks properly and go on tangents.

None really, it's a pretty basic and straightforward tool.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't gotten any existing problems. As per the comment above, some users are of poor quality and therefore require replacement. In terms of business performance, it's hard to say it lead to only userfeel as we use many other tools in our analysis, but it definitely provides insights.
I guess my only suggestion for some users of which I have noticed is that users try to say how good the site is, I want them to tell me what's wrong with it - perhaps that's an educational piece for users.

The pricing model. Most competitors try to charge $30k / month for unlimited usage when usually the need is project-based. Userfeel allows me to make smaller orders without commitment, pay as you use.

Sometimes it's hard to know if the tester is just trying to make money, without caring about what they need to answer. When it happens I just ask userfeel for another tester and they're great about that.

I liked the targeting option. I could choose people by age, country, language etc. I also loved the fact that you got transcript from the whole testing experience.

They didn't have many testers from Denmark (country I wanted to have) but when we targeted Netherland we got a lot of users. So beside that everything was good.
