What do you like best about Upvio?

The setup is straightforward and very smooth going. I was able to sign up in a few minutes only; I love the features of their email signature option; it automatically provides pretty signatures from where I get the best compliment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upvio?

What do you like best about Upvio?

I especially love their e-mail signature option. Cogsworth automatically creates a pretty nice signature and appointment button from your company data, and you can customize it as you like. I have received positive feedback both from interns as from clients after I added my new signature. Additionally, their UI is much better and easier to use than Calendly's- which I found fairly confusing, despite a seemingly "simple, thread-like" design. Booking appointments is now so much easier! What do you dislike about Upvio?

The booking setup is fairly easy, but it took me a while to find the signature option- and whilst Cogsworth sends you a string of training videos when you sign up, I didn't see one on signatures. Note: this could lead to many more happy customers. The MS Teams integration didn't work properly, which I assume was rather an issue caused by MS Teams than Cogsworth, since zoom worked well. What do you like best about Upvio?

The navigation and setup was super easy. I was able to signup within about 10 min.

The Cogsworth team was super useful and responsive. < 24 hours to respond to a ticket and usually with screencasts and real insights into what I was trying to achieve that just a standard support desk.

I love the advanced features of Coggy like the ability to control schedules for team members and create team bookings, with approvals and recurring appointments. I have tried a bunch of players, but none of them offer the extend of functionality at this level of usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upvio?

It was really easy to add staff as well as locations. When COVID hit, we launched our virtual offering within about 30 min.

What do you like best about Upvio?

Practical software, really very easy to configure, you can organize and schedule several events, simple and convenient form to complete, I love it because it is based on the cloud, you can also ask questions of the person with whom you are going to have an appointment.

There are features that are necessary and not yet.

Almost all small functions are paid.

What do you like best about Upvio?

What I liked best about Cogsworth is the simplicity of setting things to be up and running in a few minutes. I doesn't have much complicated steps or procedures to get your booking page LIVE. What do you dislike about Upvio?

What I least liked is that there is no default monthly view for the Booking page (seriously please consider this Cogsworth as the default and not make customers pay extra for the feature!) What do you like best about Upvio?

What I liked best about Cogsworth smart booking is the ability to embed as iFrame or as a link to my existing website. We are looking for a smart sexy solution for our businesses and we just implemented now on just one site. It is a good thing they have a BIG PLAN for those with more than one business. It is also a plus that they recently went LIVE with their WEBHOOKS feature which connects to other systems that we currently use like Hubspot and Mailchimp, via Zapier. What do you dislike about Upvio?

What I disliked is that my Outlook calendar availability is not synched properly. It does not have the same situation as the google calendar though. I hope they fix it soon. Also maybe include in the Base plan the Monthly view for your calendar.

Also, Cogsworth should look at introducing functions that will differentiate them from their competition like instead of Staff calendar, it would be a PROPERTY with rental units for booking, I think a lot of people will buy that. What do you like best about Upvio?

The whole process to create an appointment system where our users can easily book a time slot for our services is amazing dead simple. Webhooks, accept online pre-booking payments, reschedule and staff allocation are some of the features we love cogsworth. As a consulting and web development agency, we can do up the whole system ourselves but in doing so, we're simply reinventing the wheel and starving our limited resources. What do you dislike about Upvio?

Personally we feel some of the paid modules on monthly subscription should not be chargeable like redirection after booking, personalized brand booking url, Google analytics tracking, etc. All these add up pretty quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upvio?

Cogsworth has almost everything a booking software should have. It's super easy to set up and it's got multiple functions for synching calendars and so on.
