**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick A. | Manager of System Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

The fact that we have a lot of useful checks that fit all of our public-facing endpoint needs. Some of the most valuable checks we have been using right off the bat are:

Transaction checks - helped us pinpoint a bottleneck we weren't aware of during the login process
Email Blacklist check - gave us a heads up that our transactional email system was listed on a blacklist
HTTP(S) check- helped us get alerted (text, email, and phone call) when one of our critical web pages was having issues

We also love how quick support is to answer all of our questions. Richard has been very responsive and has done a great job in oboarding us, giving us useful tips, and assisted us with some more advanced checks that we needed.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

As of right now, I can't think of anything.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to solve some much-needed immediate alerting needs on some critical external sites. We have the added benefit now of adding a quick check as a new scenario that we couldn't monitor/keep an eye on before.

  ### 6. Uptime is thorough, reliable, and super useful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin P. | Operations Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Setting up comprehensive monitoring for an entire site, including DNS, Web Server health, TLS certificate monitoring, etc. is a breeze.

The Real User Monitoring feature is also invaluable in highlighting problem areas of our site proactively before they become outages.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Honestly there is nothing that bothers me or that I dislike about this service. Even the aesthetics are pleasant, and the minimal user interface keeps things simple.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scripted monitoring scenarios have alerted us to multiple deployment issues causing page errors in some parts of the site. Now we fix these immediately, rather than waiting on our customers to report issues.

We have also greatly improved the stability and availability of our services by catching issues promptly and eliminating problem areas before they become critical.

  ### 7. Easy to maintain uptime of your machine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** E K. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Actually we are not ran into an issue yet.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 10. Review of Uptime after using the tool for several years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Easy to configure even for low-skill employees. The amount of ways you can configure the notifications is also nice. It meets all the requirements we have even through all skill levels of the people that are receiving the notifications. The people receiving notifications from Uptime for us range from a tier 1 tech support personnel to a developer, to a Senior VP.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Teaching people about where elements are within the menus. It's intuitive for technically skilled users; however, we use this tool in our support team for basic monitoring so it requires a little more training. Not saying that the system is wrong; we've just noticed that our users have difficulty remembering what is what. You do get out what you put in so we do have our more advanced tests be implemented by developers.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

Go for it! It will save you time and money.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single source of monitoring our core systems which we did not have to develop. It was easy for us to create the intial tests and accounts and setup the notifications we wanted. In addition it handles both simple tests for quick and easy implementation while also allowing for more technical tests for key systems. We needed a way to alert our team members quickly and clearly and Uptime accomplished that for us.

  ### 11. It worked but was kind of annoying with notifications.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Some peace of mind that something was monitoring our sites.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Hard to know if the alerts were false positives or false negatives.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monitoring our sites for outages

  ### 12. Does a good job checking uptime, but is a little lacking in displaying information

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

So far, it has done an excellent job recording when our site is up or down, which is its primary purpose, so it's good it gets that right. Uptime has a lot of integrations with other platforms (Slack, PagerDuty, etc.) and we have found that very helpful. Additionally we have found that they have a very good API as well as good documentation for how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The graphs they have to display the data are a little lacking. In the graphs for displaying the data for checks your only options are to see one line with an average of all the locations or to select a specific location. Our previous solution was able to see lines for each location, which can be very valuable if you want to see if a certain location is behaving abnormally. Another thing that I dislike was some of the alerts could have a bit more detail. For example we get an alert whenever there are greater than 1 location down, but it would be useful to know from that alert if it was generated becasue just one location was down or because all the locations are down (which would be a much bigger issue).

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

There are many different uptime monitoring solutions out there, but uptime does a pretty good job at what it's supposed to. It may not have the fanciest features, but if you are looking for a decent quality uptime monitoring service, uptime.com does an excellent job.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to notify us when we have problems with our site. Additionally we use it as a way to see how the performance of our site varies from different locations around the globe. We are also planning to use it for a status page but haven't set that up yet.

**Official Response from Uptime.com Enterprise Grade Web Monitoring:**

> Hello Alex,

Our team appreciates this feedback, and we are especially glad to find you are satisfied with our monitoring, alerting, and API. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions about your status pages. Our team would also like to hear more from you about your thoughts on reporting and alerting. Both items are on our roadmap, so feel free to reach out to support@uptime.com with any additional feedback you may have about these items.

  ### 13. uptime ist a very usefull Tool and the support ist Incredible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Supermarkets | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

I Can Monitor a lot of stuff in my Organization, and it helps me always in the morning to have a big Picture on my system

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

until now, I had just a wonderful Time with uptime.com

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO Connection is very helpful

  ### 14. Perfect monitoring provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabian F. | D, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

We like the transactions, which are simple to configure and highly flexible. Also the certificate monitoring is highly recommended for us and it is easy to implement. The price-performance is absolute recommendable. The generated reports are perfect for our useage.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The configuration for alertings are a little bit confusing, when we will build alertgroups.
In the transactions we couldn't upload a file to our website, so we couldn't prove our whole workflow of our costumers in the check. We need to login, then upload a file to our cad-service, which is calculating the worksteps and renders the file. After that a offer is generated for the costumer, which he can download and then he can make the order. Without the upload, we can not test the steps behind. So we only use the transaction for the login, which shows us theavailability of auth0 and our application.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

We have tested a few solutions and uptime is the best in price-performance. The transactions and checks are easy to configure and it is a pleasure to work with it. Alerting is available via e-mail, sms and also phonecall. It monitors everything from real user monitoring, to transactions and certificates.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have managed our complete workflow in our calculation shop. From the beginning of our login page to the end of creating invoices for our costumers.

  ### 15. Excellent platform and the Support team are fantastic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maverick P. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Integrations with third party tools for notification, being able to specific country of origin for probes is a big help.
SSL and API monitoring is a nice to have as we use LetsEncrypt.
Custom dashboards allow for quick checks of important information.
Page scanning for Virus and Malware is a lovely addition
Internal and public status pages is an amazing idea, I do need to publish these.
Escalation paths is brilliant, this allows for initial alerting and if nothing is actioned within a set time a higher priority alert can be sent, good if you are on call at night.
Blacklist watch for domains is something Pingdom didn't have, this is good to see on this platform.
Monthly emails with scheduled reports is really good to have, not something other providers sent.
Support team were excellent at resolving an API issue we had.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

API for pushover broke, we didn't find out till after a small outage. RUM could provide more insights like Pingdom.
Price between business and enterprise is pretty steep, we only needed a few additional monitors.
Adding monitoring alerts to other users was not obvious, but after digging though forums posts I was able to figure it out.
Page speed test can sometimes fail for no reason and work on the second attempt, only a minor annoyance

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

RUM needs improvements

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our pages were slower than others, using RUM we were able to identify this.
SSL monitoring was quite difficult with Zabbix, moving this to uptime under the same subscription was a big help.

  ### 16. Works as expected and does it what's supposed to do!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

We like the frequent checks for site availability. The fact that the app sends multiple people both emails and SMS text messages to alert us whenver a server is responding with an error (or not responding at all) is incredibly useful.

It's as simple as that!

We've also enjoyed the reporting as that allows us to show clients that we're meeting a certain standard of server uptime. There is a general report that gets issued to users you specify which includes all apps/websites/domains that you've specified for "checks" by the service. However, there are also SLA Reports which allow us to generate server uptime reports "per check" (per site, domain, etc.) so that we can send a report to an individual client with only data that is relevant to them. We're quite happy that Uptime thought to implement multiple types of reporting as that would have been feature request #1 from us had it not already existed.

All in all, the featureset is robust enough without being cumbersome. The interface is clean and straightforward and it does exactly what it is supposed to do!

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Nothing so far, to be honest. The service is relatively simple, straightforward and it does what we expect of it. It's difficult to really give any sort of list of dislikes because the nature of the software is that it's simple, it works, and we have no issues with it currently.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

We haven't tried other services because Uptime just looked (and so far, has been) perfect for our needs. I don't have any specific recommendations because the service is so straightforward. Considering what's at stake, we found the pricing and everything very palatable.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're checking our hosting server availability using Uptime.com's built in "site checks". This gives us the peace of mind that there is a dedicated, external service testing server response codes (and more, if needed).

The biggest single benefit has been an (almost) immediate alert whenever downtime is detected. This allows our system administrators/dev-ops people to quickly diagnose the issue and restore and services or servers that are having issues.

  ### 17. Great uptime monitoring with a wide range of features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

The variety of checks help to cover a lot of different use-cases.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

I cannot adjust the limits on subaccounts myself (I need to ask the service center).

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are checking if all our services are up and running.

  ### 18. Reliable site monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

What I like best is the option to select the method for notifications. Choosing between SMS, push notifications, email and phone allows the team to choose the most convenient way.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The plans and package structure but this is changing soon to a flexible model.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring our websites and services and sending notifications for incidents so they can be resolved quickly.

  ### 19. Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor D. | S, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

NRC was looking for a monitoring tool to replace the one we currently had. We used PINGDOM, DataDog, PRTG, and other services during our initial review. We ended up choosing uptime! Their customer service was very polite and fast. They interface was very easy and user friendly. Their knowledge base articles also helped out a lot is we had questions. Most of all they, give you the proper bang for your buck!

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Nothing really. Been using it for almost 2 months.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

The setup is really easy with Uptime. It took no time at all to setup monitoring for our clients' web properties.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using Uptime as our main site monitoring system so we can make sure we are aware of any downtime not just with the websites we host but also for any related services that we are currently using. This allows us to monitor all of that from one place.

  ### 21. Great insights

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

  ### 26. Fine replacement for Pingdom

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

I haven't had any problems with my service. I like the Slack integration

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The checkout page is confusing. Originally, I was billed for 1 year of service and didn't even realize, I had thought I was purchasing a monthly subscription. It was a major hassle to get a refund and continue the service with month-to-month billing.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Uptime.com to monitor servers and services.

**Official Response from Richard Bashara:**

> Hello, and thank you for leaving your review of Uptime.com. We are sorry to hear that your experience on our billing page caused some trouble. We understand your perspective, and will continue to strive for clarity in pricing and to work towards excellent customer service. We are glad to hear your still with us, and hope to continue working with you.

  ### 27. Easy configuration model and cost effective for endpoint monitoring and transaction checks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Seamless integration support with most of the industry used tools (Datadog, Statuspage.io, etc)

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Api monitoring is very basic compared to other tools in the market.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our existing tool won't mask the credential in transaction checks which uptime does for us which is the main reason to switch. Cost factor would be a major benefit for me relatively cheap with wide variety of features.

**Official Response from Richard Bashara:**

> Hello and thank you for your review of Uptime.com. Please reach out to support@uptime.com. We would like to hear your feedback regarding our API monitoring, and any improvements you would like to see in our toolset.

  ### 30. Uptime provides very nice status pages.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Has all the features we need, and we see the progress.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Can't say that I dislike something really.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inform our users about outages or planned maintenance.

  ### 31. Great Monitoring Platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

My team loves the graphs on this platform and checks are very easy to configure. The status pages are also fantastic so that we can put out a professional looking status page on our cloud services along with incident reporting. Combined with SAML logins for staff, and configurable alerts, and integration with our alert platform Opsgenie, this is one solid package for external monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

I'd like to see some more configuration options on the alerts, especially for ICMP. Different levels of alerts based on latency would be helpful. Additionally, we'd like to be able to see 1 minute graphs as opposed to only 15 minute graphs. As of now, if you want to view 1 minute graphs you need to send your data elsewhere such as wavefront.com.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

Get it. Solid product and solid support.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Uptime to monitor our client's internet connections. It allows to track outages and latency and receive alerts for various outages.

  ### 32. The alerts are very effective and perfectly meet my expectations.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Service outage alerts

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The number of alerts is limited, and the cost in case of exceeding the plan.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uptime allows me to ensure the availability of the site for my clients by alerting me as soon as there is a problem on the site.

  ### 33. A full featured platform that "Does what it says on the tin" need not ask for more !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

A vendor that listens to feedback and implements changes rapidly.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Nothing to see here :) one very happy customer !

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Uptime to monitor customers uptime and gained valuable insights into global reach and stability holding carriers to their SLA's along the way.

  ### 34. Good straightforward monitoring for websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe H. | Co-Founder, Director web and mobile apps, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

I like the simplicity of the UI and I find that there is a good assortment of monitors, from regular web monitors to simple transactions and also end-user performance. Their support team is easy to reach and team members react very promptly. I had an issue with an SSL certificate monitor and they addressed it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

I wish we could set the user-agent string of the monitors. It required some coding for us to recognize the user-agent and not treat it like it was an old IE or something like that.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was just looking for a simple tool with a dashboard to show a customer, who wanted to keep up with the uptime. It's worthwhile having a 3rd-party like Uptime for a neutral view on our systems.

  ### 35. Uptime Limitations

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Pretty quick to determine if your site is down.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Limitation on multiple sites, keeping costs low. The pricing tiers are not friendly.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Downtime notification and certification expiration.

**Official Response from Richard Bashara:**

> Hello and thank you for your review of Uptime.com. We are hoping you will reach out to support@uptime.com to discuss some of the limitations you mentioned here. We do have pricing tiers with a defined maximum number of checks, but we do not restrict users from monitoring multiple domains. Support would be glad to help see if we can find a solution to meet your use case.

  ### 36. Uptime really good. we could get all the features in one tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

you should change the search and edit the checks option .I feel that's not handy.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using uptime for Production endpoint and UI workflow monitoring. It's very helpful when we see any issue with our products.

**Official Response from Richard Bashara:**

> Hello! Thank you for your review of Uptime.com. Please reach out to support@uptime.com. We would like to discuss your suggestions regarding searching and editing checks.

  ### 38. Easy to understand and feature rich

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander S. | Monitoring / Configuration Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

API Monitoring:
We tried 6 diffrent tools for our chain of API requests, non of these could configure all of them but Uptime could.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Currently there is no agent for intranet application monitoring but it's on the roadmap from what i heard

Edit:
intranet Agent is now there, will edit again when we are ready

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring of our public API's, so that we get quick alerts if something is not working.

  ### 39. Excellent service with responsive support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

Uptime.com has a clean and intuitive web UI, and a well-documented API for programmatic access. The Product and Support teams have been attentive and responsive to our needs, and actively work to improve the service.

Uptime.com's service offering is competitive with other top providers, and very simple to set up. Maintenance of probe servers is communicated well in advance, so there have been no surprises in terms of uptime of the monitoring service itself.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

The current API rate limiting policy has little tolerance for infrequent but "bursty" use cases, such as infrastructure-as-code via Terraform.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uptime.com solves our need for external black-box monitoring of critical business services and domain health. In our time using the service, we have been able to more rapidly respond to potential service availability issues as they arise, and in the case of domain health, before issues arise in the first place.

  ### 40. WOrks well, missing feature is to use https with own domain.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

easy to setup, pretty intuitive, it just works.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

you cant use your own domain with https, which is a most.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

You can only use http with custom domain.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to provide clients with a status of our services.

  ### 41. Great alternative to Monitis

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

SSO is a big plus, the escalation rules are also helpful. Solid out of box experience with lots of flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

Customization/branding of email notifications, Teams/Slack notifications and better "branded" status pages would be nice.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General uptime reporting, outage escalation. Better security with SSO.

  ### 42. Easy to learn, easy to use

  ### 43. helpful for agencies that need to keep their hosting company honest / accountable for SLAs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle R. | CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**

we find uptime easy to use and flexible for adding client notifications.

**What do you dislike about Uptime.com?**

we don't have many dislikes of uptime - we set it up and forget it.

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

worth every penny if you are having issues with web hosting reliability.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to notice when the platform goes down vs just a single site, which allows us as an agency to prioritize resources to a single client problem vs calling our host and saying 'our entire server is down. Even more, having logs of duration of downtime has been helpful to get refunds from our host that would NEVER have been volunteered if we did not submit proof of downtime which they all try and get away with unless you have proof.

  ### 44. Great service for uptime tracking

**Recommendations to others considering Uptime.com:**

Use it, it's easy and does just what you need it to

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being sure we know when a site goes down so we can react quickly and restore operation.

**Reviewed by:** Miguel L. | CEO - Founder and Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

To acquire the trial, spend time to configure all the sites or checks in order to have an history to evaluate the product and to communicate with support to suggest improvements and more reports.

**What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage some sites from my own: Uptime allows me to automatize processes and to provide quick response if something happens via email or SMS. It show reports that are very important to plan our social media and digital marketing strategy as complements of a holistic proposal to the customer. The metrics are necessary for the customers realize that we are making a good job to ensure their quality standards.

  ### 50. Full service monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ✌ Robbert van Os, T. | Owner & IT Auditor , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Uptime.com?**
