There were a few features missing, but in general we were happy. **What do you dislike about Uptime.com?** I was a happy and loyal user until uptime decided to increase there pricing on my account with almost 300%. This with only a few weeks notice. The answer was that a lot of features were added, which is true but we needed none of them. We do not want to do business with a company who handles like this, so we immediately moved to another service. **What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring website uptime ### 2. You can just fill out forms and click through pages and the system is just recording that data as a script to input later. Works great! A lot more options and settings than other uptime checking services I have used in the past. The support I received when having an issue was great! **What do you dislike about Uptime.com?** While the transaction recorder is great, it does not work on every website, Microsoft is one of them. The feature is so great I would love it to work on everything. **What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uptime.com is solving outage notifications before we notice them. It gives our IT Department a jump start on 1. fixes or 2. notifying the staff of outages and/or workarounds. We can also use this data with our vendors if we are guaranteed an SLA for resolve in our contract or a certain amount of uptime guaranteed in our contract. **Official Response from Yoni Solomon:** > Hey there!
