  ### 1. User friendly with limits

**What do you like best about Uprise?**

For the most part, the daily functions with uprise are very user friendly.  It is very easy to navigate between the EHR and the patient's demographics.  It is almost flawless to create orders from the Dr's exams.

**What do you dislike about Uprise?**

It is still a newer software and they are working daily to fix all the bugs.  I wish customer service was quicker to give resolve.  There are still issues with claims and reports.

**What problems is Uprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from paper files directly to EHR and all electronic.  So the biggest win is now being an electronic records office.  It also is easy to submit orders directly to my labs.

**What do you like best about Uprise?**

When it actually works, which is rare. Often down and incredibly "buggy."

**What do you dislike about Uprise?**

It doesn't work! Super buggy, often down completely, support team is a joke. Incredible frustrating and has cost us $$$$$.

**What problems is Uprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

System glitches, "Unexpected Errors" Unreliable and buggy

**What do you like best about Uprise?**

It allows me to stay up to date with all of my patients and their extremely important files which I have to verify upon seeing them. This software keeps me organized and allows me to effectively do my job

**What do you dislike about Uprise?**

Nothing I don't like about this, I would recommend it to anyone and think it's some of the easiest to use software programs out there that I've tried

**Recommendations to others considering Uprise:**

I would tell anyone who was possibly considering using Uprise to definitely look into it, and further evaluate what it has to offer because it has greatly helped me in doing my job more efficiently and staying organized. Overall I give this program a thumbs up because it is excellent

**What problems is Uprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep all of our patient data files organized and ready to pull up at a moments notice. This is excellent for our business practice and helps the workers better do their job
