What do you like best about iTRUST?

They offer adaptable templates that I can easily tailor to my needs. I like their IT team very much. They set everything up right away without issues. They offer frequent updates as well. They were eager to help and answered all questions. They made billing and communication with patients much easier while complying with HIPAA guidelines. The system is well organized and gives me real-time updates. Prescriptions were easy to keep track of as well. What do you dislike about iTRUST?

It took me a while to learn the system as I tend to struggle with new technologies. I was a bit overwhelmed at first since it incorporates so many elements into one system. What do you like best about iTRUST?

We knew there must be an easier way to manage our Optometry business. A consultant recommended iTrust.io and we (client and I) are very happy with the result. The company understands what is needed to run and grow an optometry practice to make it competitive, responsive to patients' needs, and profitable. We thought we might have to cobble together various pieces of the solution from different software products. We are happy to say that this EHR cloud solution is very comprehensive and covers all our needs. They really know the optometry business well. There is a free trial to try it out, which we liked.
