What do you like best about UMR?

UMR provides great administrative support and service from the account management team assigned to my plan. Any time I have an unusual claim that requires extra attention or questions answered, UMR is very quick to respond and be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UMR?

Occasionally customer service for members can be challenging. Being routed around to several representatives before reaching the customer service representative who can help with a question on an EOB can be frustrating for members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They outsource a lot and when you do not have issues with that they seem to have "special teams" for everything and it is hard to get to certain departments. You have to call multiple times to get how they handled claims initially to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
