**What do you like best about ugosign?**

It is very easy to creat fields for signatures,easy to create contact list by importing contact files from the device in differrent formats CSV,XLSX,TSV,XLS,XML.HTML,SLK  and ODS where contacts are easily extracted.
It is very easy to send documents to signers and also recieving  an  email alert when signing is completed. 
It has well developed dashboard with realistic user interface.
It easily generate the API key for integrations.
No need for frequent customer support.

**What do you dislike about ugosign?**

Ugosign only operates after subscription therefore no trial.

**What problems is ugosign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ugosigns platform helps you to manage the contract and signature request in real time. It also helps in tracking of documents and sends reminder in couple of clicks to signers.
