Ubiquity helped me set up my 1st 401k as a business owner. As a small business owner, it was a bit scary to jump into benefits, not fully knowing the impact it woudl have on my business. The customer service reps and professionals at Ubiquity walked me through all my options with dilligence and understanding. The Ubiquity platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support is always knowledgeable and helpful... when I need it. For the most part though, I very rarely need support. Ubiquity has been our 401k service provider since 2018 and we have no plans to change providers. First off it is very easy to use and incorporate into a small business. I feel like I got rid of a big middle man when I was using AUL. The flexibility of the Morningstar plans along with designing our own portfolios based mostly on age but also can adapt to each individuals wishes. The savings of basis points which we were charged on before is huge and have saved over $225,000 since we started 15 years ago in fees. It is also easy to transfer money out with the appropriate regulatory inputs when someone leaves the company, needs money for emergent needs or wants to transfer out to another type of qualified retirement plans. The ease of the website to navigate also makes the access very easy. If you want to chat or talk to someone the wait is very short and their help is usually spot on. they also generate your Form 5500 for your tax purposes for you. Obviously nothing is for free. so the fees are standardized and fixed for your account. no surprises. very rarely the site goes down for maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company has been with Ubiquity for almost a decade. In that time, we've been through a consolidation, hirings, firings, and a ton of turnover. Ubiquity is consistently easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to get support. Employees are easily able to understand their plan, make elections, take out loans against their balance, and view their investment strategies. Having implemented Ubiquity originally and integrated it into a consolidated organization, I can say that it has been one of the least cumbersome tasks we as an organization have had to work on. I do wish Ubiquity would very clearly indicate on loans that the repayment amount is PER PAYCHECK, not monthly, that loans can ONLY be repaid via the company and not by employee direct pay, and that making additional payments requires a specific dollar amount (you can only pay in increments of the payment amount). I have added a step when employees apply for a loan to verbally explain that to them, and often they are surprised. I'm sure this is in the terms and conditions, but these 3 factors appear to be the most surprising to our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of ubiquity is how the ease of use. They have been able to create integrations with our erp system that help our day to day. Whenever we have had issues the customer support was easy to reach and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how easy and straightforward it is to enter my bi-weekly payroll information. I can complete the process in just a few minutes. The portal is very user-friendly, and I've noticed that support has improved significantly since the pandemic.
