What impressed me most about Tradify is how it’s designed with the realities of the trade industry in mind, not just generic project management. Instead of forcing me to bend my workflow to fit the software, it adapts to the way jobs naturally unfold. The quoting system is incredibly fast I can build a professional-looking quote on-site with a client and instantly convert it into a job once it’s approved. The real-time sync between mobile and desktop means I don’t have to worry about double entry or losing track of details when switching devices. Tradify is solid, but I’ve noticed that the reporting tools could go a little deeper. While I can see job profitability and time tracking summaries, I’d love more customizable dashboards to track performance by employee or project type without exporting data.
