Instead of forcing me to bend my workflow to fit the software, it adapts to the way jobs naturally unfold. The quoting system is incredibly fast I can build a professional-looking quote on-site with a client and instantly convert it into a job once it’s approved. The real-time sync between mobile and desktop means I don’t have to worry about double entry or losing track of details when switching devices. I also love the timesheet function because it ties hours directly to jobs, which has made payroll and invoicing far more accurate. **What do you dislike about Tradify?** Tradify is solid, but I’ve noticed that the reporting tools could go a little deeper. While I can see job profitability and time tracking summaries, I’d love more customizable dashboards to track performance by employee or project type without exporting data. It’s not a deal breaker, but more flexibility here would save me an extra step. **What problems is Tradify solving and how is that benefiting you?** My business was juggling jobs across paper notes, phone calls and a mix of apps that didn’t talk to each other. With this system, I can quickly generate quotes, dispatch jobs to technicians out in the field, and even issue invoices to the customers. **What do you dislike about Tradify?** It is impossible to control the total amount of stock needed or get alerts for when you need to order more products. This means I have to perform manual inventory checks and rely on outside resources; time-consuming and likely to result in errors. **What problems is Tradify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tradify has increased the effectiveness of my business by; consolidating the job management, the scheduling of the jobs, and invoicing.
