**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

Their service makes our daily warehouse operations run so much more smoothly as our staff don't have to manually type out every address when booking on shipments with DHL and DX. UI is all intuitive and modern. Staff are always eager to help, quick to answer, and always resolve the issues efficiently. For example, today I contacted support due to an issue with our API on our ecommerce platform's side and yet Henry Forber took up the case quickly and looked into the issue straight away. Within a few hours, Henry had completely resolved the issue and we are now back up and running again!

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

I can't think of any negatives! Issues on Shiptheory's side happen very rarely and are always kept on top of and resolved quickly.

**What problems is Shiptheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shiptheory eliminates the risk of human error when our warehouse staff input addresses to book shipments with our carriers, and it significantly reduces time spent on each shipment. With so much time saved in both these areas, our warehouse staff are under less time pressure than before and are able to see to other tasks.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

It's efficient and easy to use! We print lots of labels each day and it always works great, it connects to my WooCommerce store and automates the booking to DPD.ie, meaning I don't need to manually fill in shipment details each time!

The customer support is also outstanding, we had a problem with our printer that was causing some really big issues and time delays. I contacted support and Henry responded immediately and fixed the problem. It has made my day and the team are thrilled! Thanks so much Henry for your help!

No downsides so far, we have found it really useful.

It connects our website orders to the printer so eliminates a lot of time wasting when it comes to preparing a high volume of labels for shipping.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

We've been with Shiptheory for well over a year. Everything works smoothly to the point we never need to reach out to them. Today, we had a change we needed to implement, and Henry  (their 1st Line Tech Support) was on it in mere minutes, top man!
All to often these tech services are your best friend when onboarding you, then you never hear from them again. However Shiptheory clearly value their existing customers and have a great support team member in Henry.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

It would be great if you could fulfill all the shopify orders direct in shiptheory, along with printing all the individual packing slips. Like a: select the following orders, then bulk process them. Not a gripe, the functions we use it for work seamlessly, Shiptheory has saved our team a lot of time.

**What problems is Shiptheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes the repetitive work of having to manually input customer shipping details from Shopify to the courier. Now it's all automated!
Prevents any admin errors when entering customer details.
Makes printing shipping labels a breaze/

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

Shiptheory has saved us many man-hours by automating our shipments and can be customised to fit our diverse business needs. The ongoing support to help with any issues that arise is very helpful, Henry has been fantastic recently with sorting out our shipping rules to acccommodate a new carrier.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

The only downside we have found is not being able to specify product quantity limits when setting shipping rules - we have specific products (liquids) that are quantity limited through our main carrier, but we can only specify by weight which discriminates against the non-liquid products too.

**What problems is Shiptheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving us time! Has cut down our booking on time from 10+ hours a week to virtually nothing and has allowed us to continue our business growth without having to worry about allocating additional man-hours for tasks like booking our shipments.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

Shiptheory has been an amazing substitution tool for us. We managed to get all our stores connected and get our new integration partner set up within a few days. We encountered several issues with some external issues such as IOSS integration and product synchronisation however Josh Hodder, who is our account manager, was able to continuously work with us and resolve all the issues. What also helped is that he had previous experience working with our shipping courier as well as how to quickly setup other settings within our dashboard which streamlined our efforts. When it came to communication with partners outside of Shiptheory, Josh had no issue continuing the communication with our partners in order to resolve issues regarding integration.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

Shiptheory would be an even better platform if it could have a more seamless pick and pack process.

**What problems is Shiptheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping and being able to use a new shipping partner which we were not able to use with our previous platform. Also, we have multiple regions that we need to serve which shiptheory handles quite well.

ShipTheory for us bridges between couriers and our warehouse software. When we had a issue with our warehouse software I was pulling my hair out thinking the viability of the day to day business was being threatened. I cc'd in everyone in the hope of a solution. Cue Henry Forber (ShipTheory Tech Support) who resolved the issue for us within an hour...i literally cheered. I always begrudged paying for a software that bridges two services but today I saw the full value...thank you Henry, you deserve a beer!

Henry was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He quickly understood the issue and suggested a solution using Shipping Rules and Tags to filter out certain orders from our dashboard.

His responses were fast, clear, and to the point, making the whole process smooth and easy to follow. Within minutes, he had created a rule that worked perfectly, ensuring that unwanted orders wouldn’t clutter our dashboard. He even went the extra mile to confirm everything was set up correctly and hidden as needed.

Overall, the support was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and effective. Henry was a pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciate his help. Highly recommend Shiptheory’s support team, especially Henry! 🚀

We have been using Shiptheory for the past couple of months and the team have always been quick to respond to any issues/queries. Henry in particular acknowledged and fixed an issue we were having in a matter of minutes! It's good to know if you are having an an issue it will be quickly dealt with.

The ability to automate and schedule the creation of labels based on user definable rules, being able to route different orders to different printers automatically.

Integrates with more meaningful systems and carriers than any other platform.

Need a better way to view/search/filter for orders that have been printed already.

We have orders from multiple platforms which require allocation to different carriers for delivery and different printers for internal processing, Shiptheory lets us automate all of these things with easy to use, user-definable rules. This saves us hours every week, time better spent packing orders and getting them in the hands of our customers!

We've been scoping with ShipTheory for some time now, and they could not have made it easier for us to be confident in their abilities. Orlando has been brilliant in getting us lined up, and Rupert has been ace in getting us over the line with our international shipping requirements. We're not yet live with them, but have every confidence that it'll line up once we gte going.

Nothing worthy of note here - we've not had any issues so far.

We ship a lot each month, and have a lot of collect in store titles as well. We are moving from a custom system with some strong postage adaptations to Shopify, so we're looking for a partner technology that can accomodate what we've been doing so far, with some extra features to make it even easier for us.

The support is incredible. Everytime you think you've found a function that is missing that you need, there is always a way to do it. I always ask support and they are very helpful. Henry was particularly helpful with helping me to quickly update product data, saving me days of time. This is just one example of the level of support on offer here.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

Sometimes it can be hard to find certain functions within the system, but the support is incredibly efficient and helping to resolve any issues I've had. It more than mitigates this slight negative. As an admin, I would love to be able to remove actions from the dashboard menu for certain user groups - to avoid further human error in the shipping process - but honestly, this is a tiny negative point.

Saves time, removes several points of failure on the shipping process, and a whole lot of manual data entry. But yes, it saves time - and that's worth far more money than it costs.

The sotware is easy to use and intergrates well with Shopify! Josh Hodder has been excellent with after sales support and setting up advanced rules to cater for our products and shipments.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

None. Great product. Didnt realise that by default the product only prints a single label per order and need to configure the rules upfront. When setting the rules for handling insurance, one also neeeds to then change the setting in the advanced options of the carrier.

It enables us to seamlessly intergrate shipping with our Shopify site and automate the printing of labels and picking lists.

I was very sceptical about using ShipTheory and thought it would be a nightmare and take weeks to set up. I was very wrong! The process has been extremely smooth and the whole team have been very quick to help with any issues we've had (which have been minimal and the amount you would expect with a new software). Very impressed with how simple the software is to use and absoloutely recommend to any business.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

Shiptheory have the best customer support I have ever experienced. They are confident in what they are doing and quick to act. Not to mention extremely polite too (A rarity these days).
I mostly ask for Henry when I need help as he seems to be the most knowledgeable. He really got us out of a hole today.
We had 3 different companies trying to fix our printer. After several hours of trying they gave up. Henry had this fixed within a few minutes. Hang on to this guy please Shiptheory!

In addition to the customer support, Shiptheory was also really easy to setup and the integrations all sync up seamlessly, its like magic! No more manually entering customer details!

Nothing to dislike, Always a pleasure to deal with :)

Shiptheory prevents a manual process with fulfilling my orders, as all of the information for each order is automatically filled in, meaning I no longer need to do this for each order, and Shiptheory also automatically books and prints my Shipping Labels.

The support staff are incredible, and we also appreciate the many automation features + pick, pack and ship function.

I don't think there is anything I dislike, only improvements on good ideas.

**What problems is Shiptheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is improving our pick, pack and shipping flow. Since the systems we have currently, until we need a WMS, do not meet this need. We were struggling to process simple orders in less than 2-3 minutes per order, and this was becoming a bottleneck. We needed a system that was as simple as a few scans, and it is shipped.

The support team are so thorough, no task is ever an issue. Fast response, explains the issues well. Harry Horsfall has been my point of contact and he has been indispensable to us setting up Shiptheory in preparation to our busiest time of the year. I feel in great hands!

Just getting my head around processes - but the support team are always happy to jump on a call to guide me through.

Streamlining workflow and therefore labour efficiency. We cannot express our relief for the software and how it has freed up so much time and headspace for us. So user friendly.

 I've seen them at multiple industry events, they are always keen to keep abreast of the latest insights and happy to share their knowledge with the community.

They have genuine passion for their customers, offering a personable service that is second-to-none.

The vast number of features and the ease of implementation means much less headaches for customers and justifies Shiptheory's high reputation.

I can't see them as often as I'd like because I live too far away!

It's such a simple and user friendly system, and the integration with carriers is a breeze to set up - it makes processing shipping labels incredibly efficient. Josh was great at answering all our questions quickly and helping us set the system up in a way that worked for us - thanks Josh!

It would be better if there were more options to customise the master picking list to suit the business' needs, as well as mapping more fields from Shopify

Our business was a little unorthodox, so we required a special set up. Seb provided all the assistance in helping us tailor the account to our specifciation. It seemed a little overwhelming at first when looking at all the configurations, but having that 1 to 1 made life easier.

Ship Theory solves the problem of keeping everytihg consolidated for our couriers, as well as having rules in place that communicate with Shopify when a particular order, product etc is placed.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

Ship Theory has been a real game changer for us as a small company. We were spending so much time doing our customer order labels for our online business, and now everything is automated we just need to click a few buttons and all our Royal Mail labels and manifest get printed. The staff have always been so helpful and always help talk me through any questions I have and any new things I want to get set up, for example this morning Kieran helped me set up a few new products that I had added to our Wix product catalogue. He made sure everything was set up exactly how i wanted it and suggested adding a new tag so we knew exactly what those orders were at first glance. Couldn't ask for a better service.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

Haven't found anything we don;t like about Ship Theory so far.

It's so time saving, we used to input each order into the Royal Mail website to create each individual label one at a time.

It is such an easy system to use , never any downtime. When I reach out to support my query is always resolved quickly. 

I have just completed a new request with Kieran and it couldn't have been easier. Problem sorted and our systems have improved inhouse because of it.

I don't see any downsides to it. I have used other software companies similar and found them clunkly where as Shiptheory is easy and smooth.

Really knowledgrable helpful staff. Quick to fix any problems ive had and always had the patience to teach me how to use the system.
Weekly checkins and call backs have been throrough and incredibly useful as i get used to the tool and want to develop its uses in my business.

We had an issue with Shiptheory, where no labels were being printed. We contacted the support via email, and received a response within 10 minutes. Henry was then able to find and fix the problem within a matter of minutes.

The only negative thing when trying to get support was that the live chat did not seem to do anything.

Having tried a number of shipping integrations, including one of the biggest players, I can honestly say that ShipTheory is the best fit for our busy e-commerce website. Our staff don't need to go anywhere other than here to manage orders and print shipping labels. The automation options save us time and money.

Nothing negative to say at the moment, love everything.

The platform encourages automation and that saves us time and money by removing the need for booking our courier manually, something that used to take a long time. Automation also lowers the risk of human error. 

I'm quite tech saavy but sometimes need specialist help and have found everyone at shiptheory very helpful and fast to respond. Special mention to Rupert who most recently helped, this guy is customer service personified, he quickly answered my questions and helped me to find a solution within a very short time.

So glad to have found Shiptheory and amazed by how much easier it makes running the business day to day. It almost feels like we have hired another team of staff. After trialling a handful of similar tools we decided to go with Shiptheory because they had the most helpful support, widest range of carrier integrations and the best value pricing.

The only time consuming part was getting everything setup at the beginning but you can tell they have a lot of experience. Once everything clicked and we got going it's been smooth sailing, highly recommend trying it out.

We used to spend a lot of time fulfilling orders and we would often make mistakes especially during busy periods. Because Shiptheory has now automated the majority of the things we were doing manually we can now focus the time we've saved on expanding our business.

ShipTheory offers a great tool for those shipping with multiple carriers/solution providers.  The number of standard integrations should suit most.  From a carrier point of view, it was very easy to work with the ShipTheory team to create the integration and the support for our partners and customers has been great.

The team is always available and have provided support from onboarding to setup.

ShipTheory also offers a commercial model to suit most shippers.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

We have not had any real issues with ShipTheory - when we did the initial integration we had misunderstood how the tracking worked, but we worked together and put a solution in place which works for all parties.

We operate a network of approximately 100 transport companies - their customers often use both a (or multiple) pallet and parcel carriers.  ShipTheory offers a simple and cost effective means of managing all frieght in one place.  We have integrated with ShipTheory to offer all of our partners and their customers very easy access to the Pallet-Track network.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

The best thing about ShipTheory is that we can set up shipping rules and then everything can print at the click of a button. It makes the processing part of dispatching orders so much easier.

The Customer service team, the onboarding team and the technical support team are all really friendly, professional and have really good knowledge of the product. In particular Josh Hodder has been incredible and helped me every step of the way. Henry Forber has also been a great help throughout, specifically with troubleshooting the NOTHS intergration. Kieran Gwynn was also helped efficiently with a query I had on chatbot.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

I wish it were a little more customisable.

Previously we would have to log onto every market place that we sell our products on and follow each of differing processes to print our orders. Now we can (nearly) do this all in one place.

**What do you like best about Shiptheory?**

We've been using Shiptheory for over 12 months and it works very well with our Shopify store. Shiptheory is easy to use and improvements are made on a regular basis.

We've recently started selling on TikTok Shop and we've integrated Shiptheory which saves us time in creating shipping labels. I had an issue with a new printer this week and Sam was happy to jump on a call and fix my issue within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Shiptheory?**

There are very short periods of downtime but the team are quick to fix issues. To be honest, the downtime is comparable to downtime on other services such as Shopify, TikTok etc.

It helps our business print shipping labels from website orders for ParcelForce and DPD, and TikTok orders.

Shiptheory creates efficiencies for brands and fulfillment operators. I like the fact that when I recommend clients to use Shiptheory there is a real team of people within the organisation who take a personal interest and care in making sure their clients are looked after. Rita Jenkins is my "go to" at Shiptheory and she is a respected and well connected operator in the industry.

When something is so simple, so easy, always works and works seamless with our magento platform, we love to give it the best review. Shiptheory is that, everything we've ever wanted. The staff are great and easy to contact on the phone. Kieran was a great help recently with an off the cuff question we had. Love everything abotu Shiptheory.

I don't dislike anything about shiptheory, but I would make the suggestion that all the most used shipping methods are put at the top of the list when doing a manual label. Other than that, perfect!

We can print labels fast, have tracking immediately applied to all orders in magento, it saves us a tonne of time and allows us to quickly see what's happening if a parcel is delayed.
