The support is excellent. We introduced Timly in our metal construction business and were closely accompanied from the beginning. In my opinion, the user interface could be designed to be a bit more user-friendly. Since we work with fitting packages, it would be helpful if multiple objects could be combined into a single overall object (assembly), and when an assembly is assembled, these sub-items would be directly deducted from the inventory and added to the assembly (faster ordering).
