**What do you like best about Timly?**

The detailed overview and the simple operation allow us to manage our inventory much better and faster. The reminder function for maintenance or other inspections and the ability to upload inspection documents directly are also very helpful for us.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

There is hardly anything to criticize, but a function for predicting maintenance needs based on usage data could be a useful feature.

The system has helped us keep track of our inventory and optimize our maintenance processes. This has led to significant time and cost savings.

After a year of use, we can say that Timly has become an essentially indispensable tool for managing our tools and equipment. The central overview and mobile access are great. We are very glad to have found Timly.

There is nothing to criticize so far. Functionally, the app meets our needs.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

The software offers extensive functionalities and provides us with a good overview of the inventory (hardware, devices, office equipment...). And it helps to facilitate these tasks. Every movement in the inventory is documented. All parties involved are notified.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

I have a small point here. When transferring identical assets, it is not clear which one I should select. Otherwise, top-notch.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

It's very user-friendly; you don't need to be an IT expert to use it. The customer support responds quickly and is always friendly and knowledgeable. Undoubtedly, this software deserves a 10/10. Highly recommended.

While its user-friendliness is a major plus, the software might not offer the customization options that a power user would desire. However, this isn't a significant drawback; it's a common trade-off with easy-to-use software.

**What do you like best about Timly?**

Through Timly inventory management, we get a perfect overview of all items with us. This way, you always know which devices you have, who is currently using them, and where they are located. We can also coordinate upcoming maintenance very easily. You always receive appropriate reminders from the system and can store all inspection documents directly in Timly with the individual items. This way, nothing gets lost anymore.

The introduction of all employees is super easy and all our inventory is quickly recorded. We were able to start quickly thanks to an import of our Excel table. Great service! Meanwhile, the inventory software has become established throughout the company and everyone really enjoys working with Timly. Another advantage is that all functions are available on the go (tablet & smartphone). Timly is indispensable for us due to its reliability and clarity.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

We have no criticism. Everything works great.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We finally have an overview of all our items again and know exactly who has what at the moment. Additionally, we can assign the items to a location. The entire maintenance management is also very helpful for us. We save a lot of time and money with Timly.

The intuitivity of the user interface. The close collaboration with timly in adjusting the programm to specific needs. Good costumer support.

Like any system, this one has its own limits; human imagination does not, and it is sometimes frustrating not to be able to go beyond.

After about 1 year, it can be said: This software is brilliant! For us, everything revolves around tools, devices, and maintenance schedules. For these topics, Timly offers exactly the right functions. Through the central overview list and mobile access, all employees can view information and make assignments - with the result that inventory is no longer lost or set aside broken. A ticket can be easily created via the QR code. The employees work with the software almost daily and love it. We are definitely Timly fans too!

So far, it is really easy to work with the Inventory App. There are no errors.

Very easy to use and we are able to easily track our inventory. The software is very customizable, which helps to mirror the setup of our company. Feedback from the team has only been great so far.

We are happy, nothing we dislike! The onboarding process was esy, support is very fast to respond and helpful.

We are using Timly to track all of our tools, heavy machinery and equipment. As we are a construction company, our inventory is moved around often. With Timly we can very efficiently plan ahead, schedule upcoming services and have a great overview of where everything is located.

The software is extremely user-friendly and can be easily used by all employees in daily operations. Its extensive range of functions is impressive and currently meets all requirements for digital inventory and warehouse management. Furthermore, Timly offers a solid perspective for the future, as it always has an answer to increasing demands and feature requests. This software is unreservedly recommended for companies of any size.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

So far, we have not encountered any serious problems. If minor errors occur, the support team is immediately available. I have not experienced this prompt response time with other providers.

The implementation of Timly has led to us saving a tremendous amount of time in managing IT and consumables. The software offers clear added value through its clear and user-friendly operation. A big compliment also goes to the support team for the outstanding assistance we have received so far.

Timly gives me a great overview of my assets. We have massively reduced our search cost and can focus on our core business.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

nothing. it's very intuitive and user friendly.

**What problems is Timly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our challenge was to ensure efficient management of the numerous IT assets at different locations as well as for employees in the home office. Before implemeting Timly, the inventory of devices had been carried out  inefficiently in Excel, and the devices of employees in the home office were not recorded at all. It was difficult to determine where and with which colleague which end device was currently located. By using Timly, the time and resources required for tracking all assets could be significantly reduced adn an up-to-date overview of the entire IT inventory is guaranteed.

We were able to implement Timly within a few days. The program is very easy to understand and we only had to minimally adjust our processes.

Currently, nothing is missing, but more features are to be added in the near future.

We receive automated reminders, which helps our planning. We also love that we can store files and document everything within one system. Super easy to use and efficient!

In the very beginning, the software was somtimes slow to load, but this has long been resolved. Nothing to dislike!

We didn't have a good overview of our assets and didn't have a proper process to plan and maintain our assets.

We use Timly to organize our IT assets. Until now, we have only used Excel lists for this purpose. Having everything in one software now makes much more sense and makes some things much easier for us. Timly helps us always see who is using or has last used which IT assets. This way, we can save time and money.

Nothing, we have not been able to identify any disadvantages so far.

Thanks to the software, we can efficiently track inventory and receive timely notifications when reorders are necessary. Additionally, we have conducted a comprehensive inventory of laptops, refrigerators, kitchen utensils, vehicles, and more.

**What do you dislike about Timly?**

Currently, we are still missing a summary function ("Reporting"), but we are confident that it is in development and will be available soon.

With just one glance, we know where the individual items are located. The support during the introduction was outstanding, there is nothing better. We are thrilled with the Timly software as it makes our processes significantly more efficient.

With Timly, our practice no longer needs to create and maintain numerous Excel lists to manage all assets. We also no longer need self-made programs. Mobile phone, tablet, and laptop, it works seamlessly on all devices.

That we didn't find/use it earlier. We could have saved ourselves all those hours with Excel.

At the Karlsruhe location, we take over the comprehensive material management of the vaccination center with the help of Timly software. With just one click, we not only get a current overview of our inventory but also detailed historical records of consumption. The variety of functions offered by Timly optimally meets our specific requirements.

Occasionally, an error may occur, but it will be promptly fixed.
