Thanks to the cloud-based structure and user-friendly interface, Timly is easy to understand and intuitive to use. During the introduction and integration of the tool, a comprehensive onboarding is also offered, in which all functions are explained and open questions are answered.
Various assets can be created in a clear and structured manner and linked directly with tickets if necessary. The integrated rights concept also ensures that Timly users always only see the areas that are actually relevant to them.
The support also responds very quickly and reliably helps with individual concerns.

Simple and Effective with Great Onboarding
I find Timly very well-structured and easy to use, which makes it suitable even for people who have no experience with inventory software. The onboarding sessions were very well-structured and prepared, with very good follow-ups including minutes and links to relevant videos. The system allows us to get started immediately and provides us with an overview of our inventory and profitability.
