I like that Engageware is a great customer engagement platform and has helped us increase conversion rate leading to increased revenues.

Its advance feature require subscription either montly or annually which make costly to small or medium size organisation.

Engageware is customer engagement platform where we can custoner and employee interact with each other adn resolve queries of customers.It allow customer to interact through SMS, web chats,email and other channels.It also provide Live agent support to our customer to  solve query.we can also manage data because it provide live dashboard and analytics which allow organisations to moniter customer data, track engagement matrics,and improve services.

I was a TimeTrade customer for many years, and then the company became Engageware. I stuck with the service because I liked the price, and the initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

When I was their customer, it wasn't a very elaborate platform. I wanted more features like text message reminders and more automations.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to use Engageware to provide a single link for my clients and colleagues to easily schedule with me. It made schedule easy, allowed me to easily track client appointments, and it integrated with my Google calendar.

Engageware users struggle with coping up with high prices.
The learning experience from Engageware is complex when compared with several other scheduling apps

We consistently schedule appointments or meetings with our clients, among other players and there is automatic reminders to ensure do delays
No frictions or problems in holding meetings, where all delays are eliminated and customer retention is well maintained 
We get appropriate staff utilization, where all customer demands are recorded and matched with the right staff

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

The use of the Engageware platform has given our credit union a great way to get our staff all on the same page when it comes to procedures. The seach function is superior and when we train new employess how to use it we refer to the resource (our is called CiCi) as 'the way to Google information for our credit union'. We've recently taken advantage of the newer AI function which will pick up details from our content and serve up a quick answer as well as showcasing the content it pulled the answer from. Our staff loves it, we have fewer calls to subject matter experts (increasing efficiency) and there's also a simple process to keep our content updated.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

It's hard to say what we dislike about Engageware's employee knowledge base as we are superfans of the platform. One word of caution may be to ensure that your senior leadership team helps to encourage, support and enforce the use of the knowledge base as the final word on procedures across the organization. Adoption can suffer if every department isn't on board.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our staff has to know a lot in order to help the members of our credit union - policies and procedures - while answering questions the member in front of them may have. When there is something they don't know they no longer have to call or message someone else. They can quickly and easily search our employee knowlege base and find the answer they need. An initial answer is provided by AI, as well as a way to view the full source material. The content is presented in an easy to use format. No more scrolling long procedure documents to try to find the one thing you need! 

The platform is also great for those administering it. There is a nice review process so our content can stay up-to-date as it is reviewed periodically by subject matter experts. No one has to do it all!

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

We implemented the employee knowledge management solution almost two years ago. The best part about Engageware is the partnership. The team is extremely responsive and are always open to feedback, which they routinely implement. The technology itself meets our needs. We enjoy the feedback loop employees have to submit feedback as well as the automated content review reminders which hold us accountable for keeping content up to date. Every department at our organization raves about the benefits of having easily searchable answers available at their fingertips. The knowledge base has helped with employee engagement/satisfaction and helps them serve our members more quickly and consistently. Lastly, the content team was a game changer for us. They were able to convert hundreds of procedures from documents to digital articles in just a few weeks--and the fact that they're available anytime we need more time back in our day is an incredible benefit. Engageware is more than a technology vendor--they are partners in our organization's success. We are grateful for the relationships we have built with tye Engageware team. Their commitment to customer service and innovation are second to none.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

There isn't a way to limit content access based on the intended audience. Content can only be restricted by content categories based on content ownership/accountability. It is also not possible to restrict access through the admin portal, so all content editors can see all content on the back end even if access is limited via search on the front end of the system.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The knowledge base has helped us provide quicker I formation to employees, helping them provide better and more consistent service to our members. The governance workflow holds everyone accountable for keeping content up to date. Additionally, the KB has enabled us to skinny down our training materials and get new employees up to speed with functional training even faster.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

We use Engageware for our internal and external content management, intranet, AI content search, member support, and Chatbot. We have had great success with the product, as it has been easy to maintain after implementation. When we run into issues, we have a great relationship with our support team, which has helped us solve everything we throw at them. The product has seen quite a few upgrades this year alone, and we are excited to see what is coming.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

I wish they had a Salesforce Connector. We are integrating across the organization, and it would be great to use this knowledge base to ease content management inside Salesforce.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engageware is the first line of help for our members when they visit the site and ask a question. It reduces the amount of calls we have inbound as members are able to find the support they need in our Knowledgebase.

Knowledge Management solution allows our teams to have accurate and clear information to complete all areas of their job. There is an easy to use ticket/tracking solution for end users to submit improvement suggestions. This solution is daily used by over 65% of our organization. 

Our vendor partnership is strong and Engageware's teams support us well!

Advanced reporting capabilities are lacking.

Moving common questions out of contact center phone queues with chatbots, and we are launching live chat in 2025 to achieve the same. Also, front-line teams require easy-to-access, accurate information to complete a wide variety of tasks and the customer self-service platform is essential to our operations. Training new hires has become more efficient than ever before.

I like that all of our content lives in one place.  The search capability allows staff to easily find what they need and provide feedback to improve thier experience.  Managing content is simple which saves us time.  I appreciate the partnership we have the Engageware team, they support us how and when we need it.

I find the case management to be clunky.  It is not always easy to identify what procedure a staff member wants updated or is referring to.

Centralizing Information Access.  By doing this it eliminated scattered or siloed information across various platforms and tools. It made it easier for employees to find, share, and update critical knowledge quickly.

When utilizing their Employee Knowledge Management product, I appreciate that content can be easily linked together and seemlessly updated across multiple resources. It is easy to see where else content is linked to know what contingencies exist across procedures and departments. They offer wonderful customer support.

They are very responsive to feedback, but some requested updates are not brought to production as quickly as I'd like. (Some would say I'm impatient)

I love the AI powered virtual assistant as it helps to automate some repetitive tasks, this has saved me a lot of time.

The monthly calendar view for scheduling appointments is user-friendly. Syncing with Google calendar to determine availability works seamlessly. Great price point.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

There is very little to dislike because this software just works the way it's supposed to. I do think the admin dashboard could use a fresh new GUI.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TimeTrade has eliminated the need for back-and-forth emails with clients trying to schedule appointments and meetings. I've regained much-needed headspace and time for more important things.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

The feature of TimeTrade I find most helpful is the ability to embed the scheduling link in webpages and emails so that students (as well as recruiters and colleges) can easily determine when I am available. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

There seems to always be issues with TimeTrade following operating system updates that may result in having to disconnect/reconnect the system or buggy performance for a few weeks. 

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had to constantly email back and forth with students to make appointments which was slow, time consuming and frustrating.  Now students can simply go to our website and make an appointment or email and be sent a link in return.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

TimeTrade integrates well with the design of our website. It has a clean design that makes it easy for most users to browse and set appointment dates. Adding available dates and times is done with simple actions such as clicking cells and adding appointment information. TimeTrade is also great since it can email both sides of the appointment and send reminders.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

Most of the time, I can make the date and time adjustments I need, but if things start to get complicated, such as if I want to cancel every other time slot, then TimeTrade doesn't always have the capabilities to update odd settings.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

Instead of entering dates one at a time, you should use the mass date insertions in TimeTrade to add multiple dates. You can also set dates over multiple weeks into the future.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have benefited from being able to schedule appointments while without have to talk to people or respond to emails. TimeTrade's automated notifications help to keep everyone involved in an appointment updated about the upcoming date and time to help everyone remember to attend the meeting.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

My clients are able to reschedule/cancel if they need to without contacting me directly for a back-and-forth conversation.

I've been able to successfully communicate with clients in this way myself for emergencies or during holiday times. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

When adjusting the schedules on your timetrade calendar, sometime it duplicates the time available.

It would be nice if we could drag and drop the slots available without it duplicating the available time slot.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

I would recommend this for a good scheduling software.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to get clients to set up times for us to meet without having to worry about missing emails from them trying to set up good conferences.

I affords myself, and my colleagues the time to set up what times we aren't available so that we can get the work done for our cases in between calls.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

The cost for TimeTrade is relatively low and brings me a great return on investment, that's for sure. Using TimeTrade is easy for the website visitor and also for me when it comes to setting up the appointments. I like that I can set custom messages and labeling within the appointment calendar. I'm able to embed the calendar right within my website with just a short piece of code that I copy and paste.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The visual structure of the appointment calendar can't be altered much. The JavaScript version of the code can sometimes not load for certain browsers, probably older browsers. The calendar is also not the most ideal when it comes to mobile screen formatting.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

TimeTrade is a good value for the fees spent. If you don't already have an automated scheduling system in place, I would strongly recommend using TimeTrade.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since people can access my TimeTrade appointment calendar through my website, they're able to schedule appointments when I'm not available to talk and write and email. I have gotten more appointments and have been able to get more people to follow through on appointments with TimeTrade's reminder feature.

Easy for parents and students to book their appointments with the correct person. Very seamless, and nothing but great feedback all around.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The only thing I dislike is the amount of customization the user can do on their end when setting up a meeting, no much customizing when creating a new link for bookings.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

Give it a try, this is an amazing tool for those looking at having an automated booking system. Having TimeTrade has made our staff happy and also give our users a great booking experience. I wish we would have started using it sooner!

Using TimeTrade has helped us free up resources to do other things. Instead of having a full time employee answer phones and book appointments manually, TimeTrade does all of that for us.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

Scheduling an appointment is easy with TimeTrade's calendar design. Leads don't have to do too much figuring out to schedule an appointment with me through TimeTrade. I like that people can just select the date and time they want to meet and then the system updates and removes a time once that time has been selected for a particular date. TimeTrade works fine with full screen computers and mobile devices. We also have the option to add HTML or JS code to our website.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The JavaScript version of the TimeTrade code didn't always load correctly, or at all, in some web browsers. I can't say for sure what the problem was, but it was concerning to know that there may be computer and browser configurations that may cause errors with the code loading. There is more room for code conflicts with other JavaScript code in our website.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

TimeTrade has been an above average booking solution that has gone beyond what I expected of it, so it's got to be a software I recommend. I think if you spend an couple hours learning about all the capabilities and tinkering with certain settings, you'll be able to maximize TimeTrade's ability to fulfill your booking requirements.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more appointments without having to spend a significant amount of time on the administrative aspects of booking has been one of the top benefits. I needed something can manage most of the critical aspects of booking appointments while also being able to update in real time should any changes need to be made. TimeTrade has the capabilities to perform most of those tasks so I spend more time working on the main aspects of my job.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

I appreciate that TimeTrade allows me to give the customer the option to schedule with me without the persistent back and forth I was doing via phone and email previously.  I have embedded in my signature for emails and occasionally it works as lead gen as well.   

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

There are issues with my Outlook integration that I think limits my ability to fully utilize the product.  I have assisted in on-boarding my colleagues and this is what is the more frequent reason they abandon the product.  

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

Not only is TimeTrade a productivity tool (and one that I would give up all other tools other than my CRM) but it is a functional lead qualification tool as customers can schedule and express clear interest and minimize the endless back and forth.  With TimeTrade I can get to an answer - yes or no - faster and move on to the next lead or opportunity.   

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Endless back and forth to touch base and schedule a call.  Positioning my time is as valuable as my customers w/o having to make that an actual discussion point. Clients feel they are values with out my have to monopolize my schedule.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

I like that TimeTrade can let people schedule for appointments right from our website. The design of the TimeTrade calendar and information pages are professionally designed and simple for most of our website visitors to use for scheduling appointment. It's also good that we can get notifications to our email so we know if the person has asked a question or if there are any urgent needs we need to attend to.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

I think there aren't enough custom options with how TimeTrade looks and functions. To use API programming, if that's even possible, is just too complex for me and probably most users to deal with for custom implementations.

TimeTrade syncs with my calendar application and allows me to quickly and easily see who I'm meeting with and why.  I can set up availability within TimeTrade which allows the requestor to easily find a mutually available time to talk with me.

The syncing doesn't always work automatically even though it is set up to do so.  There's a great tool on my ribbon that allows me to manually sync TimeTrade to my calendar and if that doesn't work, closing my calendar app and relaunching it usually does.

Anyone who schedules online meetings with various and multiple individuals, this tool takes all the stress out of scheduling.  The unique TimeTrade link you can send to your customers or clients allows them the latitude to choose a time that works for them and for you!

The largest benefit in using TimeTrade is that I don't have to exchange multiple emails or scan through my calendar while on the phone to find a mutually beneficial time - all of that is at the fingertips of the requestor.  This has been a tremendous time saver for me.  The reminders of appointments that TimeTrade automatically sends (if you set it up) are also helpful.  I love this app!

Using Time Trade is a HUGE time saver.  I love that I no longer have to go back and forth via email trying to find the right time to chat with a customer.  Customers can easily see available times and find one that works for them. The user interface is neat and has everything laid out in obvious places. I don't have to search through different menus and look up online tutorials to just go in and take care of the basic processes. I like that I can set appointment availability for future dates based on one week that is repeated. It's also very helpful that I can connect my TimeTrade account to my computer and phone calendars to sync dates.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The pricing isn't bad, but I've seen some other calendar scheduling type services that offer similar plans for much less. The design of the account panel is harder to navigate in mobile compared to the full screen desktop website. There are some drag functions that don't operate as efficiently as they could in regards to selecting row or columns in a calendar. I would like for it to work as it does in a spreadsheet program like Excel.

I would suggest giving TimeTrade a try if you want something that is reliable for booking appointments online. Compared to phone call scheduling making, you're likely to save lots of time and book more appointments.

I like the fact that you can have customers book different types of meetings on your calendar. Also, it really gives you the control to decide days/times that they can book appointments with you. I have had multiple customer use it during email campaigns and I didn't have to do any work in getting meetings set up with customers. I think that it does streamline the meeting set up process and can work for customers and potential customers as well. Whether you are an account manager or a sales person, you can benefit from adding the TimeTrade links into your email signature or by sending it out to customers or potential customers. I integration with the different types of calendars that people use is great as well.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

When a customer is booking time on the calendar, what they see looks antiquated. I've had people say they refuse to use it because they don't know if it's working right. Also, the set up process is confusing and we've had multiple people set up things incorrectly and there aren't good instructions that can help you customize this for your business. I've used other calendar systems in the past and honestly this falls short of the best calendar booking service but it does do the bare minimum.

Make it look more modern and fun to use. I've used them you for a year and a half and have not seen ANY significant improvements being completed. I think you need to recognize that there are better systems out there and you need to make sure your product team is working hard to keep up.

Before Timetrade, I was spending so much time emailing back and forth with customers to find an appointment time that would work for both of us.  As my call volume began to increase, it became quite a disaster!  That is when I turned to TimeTrade.  I send out about  50 invitations weekly and it take me no time at all! It is not only saving my time...and my sanity -  but it is also so convenient for customers who need to speak with me.  I set up my availability and they are easily able to select a time slot that we both know works for us!  This has made appointment setting a much easier and more efficient task for me!

I've yet to find a downside to using TimeTrade.  I'd be shocked to find one!

TimeTrade has a straightforward calendar interface that lets leads pick their appointments in an intuitive way. I like the automated nature of the entire TimeTrade system. I can update and send notifications instantly so we and the people making the appointment are properly updated every step of the way. TimeTrade was so easy to install with just a few settings in our account. I can log into the account and set individual appointment dates and times or have a fixed schedule loop over multiple weeks.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

Since we also use a traditional phone scheduling system, I think TimeTrade could be better if it had more streamlined integration options with other scheduling methods. I know we're able to integrate TimeTrade with other software, but some of it is way over my head and seemingly prone to error if factoring API programming. I would hate to lose appointments over bad integrations.

I think you can make your life easier by using the schedule repeat feature in TimeTrade. I couldn't figure out how to get it done right away, but once I was able to do it, it really saved me a huge amount of time. I actually did several months manually day-to-day at first. Trust me, you don't want to do it that way.

Put simply, I have been able to book more appointments with TimeTrade. I can also obtain vital contact information such as name, phone and email address from the person I'm scheduled to meet or call. We can reduce the amount of work need to administer the scheduling of appointments. We can also allow people to make appointments any time it is convenient for them. They don't have to wait for the daily office hours to get in touch to schedule or cancel an appointment.

I can set up several types of appointments and add descriptions for each one along with confirmation messages and emails. The entire process is simple enough for most people to go on and set an appointment. When they want to cancel, they can do it within the confirmation email they receive and it get updated automatically in my TimeTrade account. I really like not having to manually contact people and set status updates in my account.

I haven't found much to not like about TimeTrade so far. It does cost a fee to use, so if I were to compare this to a free or lower cost service, then the pricing would be a negative compared to those.

To make things even more convenient for yourself, you should link your mobile or computer calendar to TimeTrade so that the dates can sync up. This way you won't have to enter dates twice and possibly get appointments mixed up.

I like that everything syncs in the background with Office products. Team members just give out a link, and the customers can pick their time to meet. Its pretty flawless for sales and HR personnel that are constantly filling their calendar with appointments.
Since it allows the users to work on their time management skills, I believe this tool also helps employees grow so they can help understand how they are affecting our customers when they are better prepared.

I would like a little more access if something isn't syncing correctly in the background. Or to have some more knowledge on it at least. Sometimes if something isnt working, I just say open a Support ticket because I cant do anything else.

When adjustments are need to the date/time/length of the call, it is difficult to make that change easily. The Reschedule tool works great for changing the date/time. However, if I need to change the length of the call or the contact invited on the call, that becomes more troublesome. Also, it would be awesome if we could then update the meeting from our calendar as well.

The instructions on how to use the main scheduling feature were simple and clear. I like being able to use TimeTrade as a scheduling page by itself or as an embedded window in existing web pages. Setting up availability in the TimeTrade account is mostly simple and intuitive with click and drag tools that let me set many dates and times in bulk. I can also repeat availability quickly without having to manually enter the dates and times again.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The main panels in the initial settings area were confusing when I first started using TimeTrade. I couldn't tell what the differences were between each type of appointment. Also, instead of having to click into each appointment type to make settings changes, I'd rather have a grid style layout where we can make many changes across the board on one page.

TimeTrade is a great value for a scheduling platform. I'd recommend it for smaller organizations with limited staff, but it can also be useful for an organization of any size.

Ease of Setup for admins, Ease of Maintenance and Ease of use for users. Of course, great and easy to use user interface for end user.

There could have been some way to collect enhancement feedback ideas and evaluate them for development.

**What do you like best about Engageware?**

Allowing my clients to self-schedule when it's best for them and allowing them to re-schedule as needed. Saves me hours a month in communication and back and forth scheduling. And helps ensure my calendar is as full as possible, boosting productivity.

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

I do have problems when I need to reschedule a call, often it doesn't update the Time Trade site and the customer still thinks the old call is scheduled.

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to keep boundaries and not feel guilty when they ask for time that I don't have available. Before, I would rearrange things just because someone asked. Now, they only ask if it's an urgent need, and it helps me balance my time management needs with my desire to serve my customers.

I think it is just very easy to use and incorporate into scheduling processes. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

I wish there was a capability to schedule multiple meetings at once.

**Recommendations to others considering Engageware:**

I think it is a super simple way to get 1:1 type meetings scheduled as long as you make sure your calendar is up to date. The ease of use makes it simple for those receiving the invite and sending the invite, and implementing it is super easy as well! I think it works very well with Google Calendar and integrates into my processes pretty much seamlessly. If you are looking for an easy way to schedule 1:1 meetings, get TimeTrade!

It's an easy way to get availability from others participating in a one-on-one type of meeting (for example a phone interview.)

Easy link in my emails. Clients can see available time slots and it integrates with my outlook to ensure I don't overlap appointments. It also allows me to put buffers around appointments. 

**What do you dislike about Engageware?**

The outlook integration is a little weird to get installed, but once it's in it works perfectly.

Include your link to your calendar in your email signature and reference it often as you're connecting to clients. 

**What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I'm having trouble connecting with clients due to our schedules having easy visibility to lock down time on mine and their calendars has translated into more sales than otherwise with better client experience.
