What do you like best about Tide?

What do you like best about Tide?

Makes the process of managing a business account (invoicing, spend categorising and tracking, reporting) relatively straightforward for a small business owner. The invoice branding and delivery is particularly slick and provides a good image for the business painlessly.

The small transaction fee model (vs. the usual monthly fee) makes this account very cost-effective at a small scale with a low number of transactions, especially as incoming payments are free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tide?

Some features that would seem to be relatively standard around invoicing, such as amending invoices, sending to multiple recipients; and more in-depth insights are somewhat lacking. But for the low fee attached to the account these are trivial for a small scale business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tide solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accounting is an aspect of business that can potentially take up a lot of time, so as a freelancer Tide allows you to free up a lot of time as expense categorisation and tracking is mostly automated, and rather than designing and creating standalone invoices the in-built ones are great and will be chased by Tide in the event they’re not paid in the allocated time.
