It’s given us a true one-stop shop for international payments. We’ve gone from processing just a handful of wires across different banks—often taking hours—to handling dozens at once through a single bulk import in about 15 minutes. Implementation was easy peasy. My boss is not the most tech savvy person and she enjoyed the implementation and how helpful the Corpay team was through the process. This isn’t a dislike note for Cross-Border, but more of an observation. The only drawback I’m currently experiencing is that not all banks opt into the GPI tracker, so wire transfers won’t always show as delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The versatility of using Corpay with our customers, no matter what the currency of exchange was a game changer for our Canadian business. I have identified that the fee structure is the lowest of any other solution saving money for us weekly in payments. What stands out most about Corpay Cross-Border is its ease of use and reliability. The platform is straightforward and intuitive, which makes executing and tracking cross-border payments efficient without unnecessary friction. Just as important, it’s consistently dependable—transactions process as expected, timing is predictable, and the system performs well even in high-volume or time-sensitive situations. There isn’t much to dislike. When it’s been needed, Corpay Cross-Border has worked seamlessly and done exactly what it’s supposed to do, without creating extra issues or requiring workarounds. It is flexible and fast. I like the ability to search and find past payments. The beneficiary list is solid and editable (to a point). I don't have to keep re-entering the same information over and over to send a payment. The support I have gotten from Corpay when I have issues with payments or beneficiaries has been excellent. There is also a long window for approvals, which means I can work on a payment before the end of the day and know it can be approved the next day, and I don't have to redo it all. I use this pretty much every day, and it is a smooth process. The payment notification emails help me keep other employees notified of their payment history without a lot of extra work. Sometimes the search function is difficult to use, especially with Beneficiaries that have a different use-name (nickname) than their official business name. This comes up most often when trying to find a past payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really value the personal connection with our agent, Rob Bencic, who is knowledgeable and always responsive. The personal human approach is what we are looking for, and Corpay Cross-Border provides this along with quality service, making us appreciate working with them long-term. Using the new portal can be a bit confusing. It doesn't show the last 4 digits of the beneficiary's account until we're ready to hit 'SEND THE WIRE', which makes finding the beneficiaries a bit tricky. I like the ease of navigating the site and the ability to use multi-currency accounts. I'm also a big fan of the email notifications that get sent when money has landed in one of our multi-currency accounts. The site is very easy to use and manage payments, and I appreciate that it provides specific serial numbers for each deal. It's also very easy to sell funds in different currencies. The multi-currency accounts allow me to be very organized in seeing which foreign currencies are being sent and keep them in separate accounts. The email notifications provide the payee information and the different foreign currency amounts, which allow me to handle these payments within my internal team without always having to go into the site. Sometimes the email notifications have incorrect information on the payee information. Our representative is always quick to get these fixed, but it is kind of troublesome when there are times where we've had a payment come in and it's for one customer, but it really is for another. I love that Corpay Cross-Border is proactive. Our account manager often contacts us to alert us to great rates available, showing that they really understand us as a client and what we need. They're always looking out for the best solutions, coming up with better ways to deal with foreign exchange risk and management that suit our own risk appetite. Additionally, we really like their online portal; it's really easy for us to accomplish what we need, and all of the staff we've interacted with are great. I find Corpay Cross-Border reliable and appreciate the additional services they offer, like a small trade finance facility and fast track payments, which make payments easy to handle. The service and advice are great, and the suggestions from Andrew Cox align with our business needs. Even when we're tight on cash flow, we can still make payments without any delays. The only real thing that doesn't work is when we require to do a letter of credit with our bank. Our bank is rigid with using third-party FX providers, and we can't use Corpay Cross-Border in those instances. However, this is out of Corpay's control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're struggling a little bit with rejected items and the detail behind them. Trying to get a report, and there could be one, I just haven't found it yet. It would be nice to have a data extract report we could look at instead of having to take a screenshot. I use Corpay Cross-Border for international wire transfers with currency exchange. I like how it avoids high exchange rates and bank fees, plus it's much faster. The ease of use and efficiency of Corpay Cross-Border really stand out to me, along with the significant savings it offers.
