The layout of the portal is very clear to the user, allowing me to be able to navigate through all the deals we have and drawing down on funds effectively. The forward rates are competitive and the performance of the website is great. I have not used the AI function much, however if it is on par with how good the rest of the services are, I can imagine it is great! To be honest, there isn't much here that is a drawback. Even though the rates are competitive, maybe having sight of other rates that are available to show that the pricing CorPay have is good would be a bonus. Having used the Alpha FX platform previous before coming into Corpay, I found the UI much better for that and would like them to consider what they had on that platform. It is workable, but still has some headaches

Pricing has gotten better compared to previous offerings which is beneficial. We've had the same account manager that came over from Alpha and he was able to talk us through the changeover, but there has been a number of frustrations in moving certain products across. We use Corpay Cross-Border to manage invoice payments from Canada. We get significantly better conversion rates than the bank and much faster transfers. I like being able to manage our money: we can convert some or all of a payment, and the timing is completely up to us. With a bank, it’s all or none, and wires can take days to clear. It is wonderful that we have our dedicated rep at Corpay who replies extremely quickly to help with any issue we have while using the site. Matthew is very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We use Corpay to make and receive foreign currency payments. Our Multi-Currency account with them has been very valuable in accepting payments from our US customers, and we send payments to our suppliers in Europe and China through Corpay weekly quickly and efficiently. I found Corpay Cross-Border very easy to deal with. It has a good system for making payments and excellent account management. I had good personal contact with my account manager, who was responsive, happy to talk, and willing to investigate issues. The web-based system was easy to use for loading payment information, sending confidential links to payees, retrieving their information, and sending the funds. Sometimes, when Corpay Cross-Border ran into a technical issue, it took a couple of people to resolve it. My account manager had to go to the tech team and then come back to me.
