**What do you like best about TherapyMate?**

User-Friendly Interface: TherapyMate's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use.

Excellent Customer Support:TherapyMate's customer support team as being helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Time-Saving Features: I appreciate the time-saving features of TherapyMate, such as automated appointment reminders and the ability to send electronic intake forms to clients.

**What do you dislike about TherapyMate?**

Limited Integrations: limited integrations with other software, which can make it challenging to use alongside other tools we may need for their practice.

Pricing: to be on the higher side, which can be a drawback for small practices or solo practitioners.

Mobile App Limitations: Mobile app is  not as comprehensive as the web-based software, which can be a limitation for mental health professionals who need to access their client records on-the-go.

**What do you like best about TherapyMate?**

I like the online calendar functionality and being able to see all of my appointments coming up and past appointments in one place, along with the notes from each.

**What do you dislike about TherapyMate?**

I think the UI of the platform and site could use some updates to make it more appealing. Everything is very functional, just sort of feels like an outdated doctors office.

**What problems is TherapyMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to sign in to my account and see my appointment history and notes, pay for my appointments with my credit card and insurance, and allow me to see my doctor.
