In addition to they have the best staff. When you send and email not only is it answered and attended to but it is so refreshing to connect to a a live person who is always willing to help. Hands down best software I have used over the last 10 years and they only keep improving!!!!!! I like that it shows you what's available for the day without showing the entire calendar. This makes it easy to cancel appointments or locate any client that may be scheduled for that day. It's also easy to communicate with your internal team with messages. **What do you dislike about TherapyAppointment?** Visually it's not as pleasing as it could be and there should be email notifications for the messages. It could be better with a more modern look and notifications for certain things. **Recommendations to others considering TherapyAppointment:** n/a **What problems is TherapyAppointment solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better customer service and experience. One great benefit is having a customer portal where customers have control as well. Any system like this only enhances your company's performance. ### 3. Also, the posting screen is hard to read. **Recommendations to others considering TherapyAppointment:** an easier way to search a patient name, a different looking posting screen, a better way for the billers to get statistics **What problems is TherapyAppointment solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are that it is easy to navigate, so people who have never used TA can pick it up fast. ### 4. When you are just starting out, this helps minimize expenses (only $10) and then it slowly increases as your workload (and income) increase. **What do you dislike about TherapyAppointment?** As with any EHR, setting up the insurance stuff can be cumbersome, but it is worth the effort. **Recommendations to others considering TherapyAppointment:** use the email support and schedule a help call. I like that I can schedule appointments for our new clients using this software. I recently began using this software (just a month ago) and it took mess less than a week to become familiar and comfortable with using this software in my work. **What do you dislike about TherapyAppointment?** We use the Legacy interface, and there are parts of it that seem/look rather dated. I am not sure what might be different about using the 2.0 version. **What problems is TherapyAppointment solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to book clients, store information and forms, and I am grateful to be able to see the availability of various counselors all in the same place. We are using it to stay organized as a team and have a good idea of availability at our fingertips. ### 6.
