As a Web dev agency I was struggling with having my clients send me video testimonials and every time I would get them I would have to crop them, convert them into a web optimized format etc. Now, with Testimonial Star It's super easy for me to manage their video testimonials pipeline and I get consistent results with actual analytics so I can suggest improvements etc. based on how they're performing. When I first signed up It was super easy to sign up and get the collection forms going. At some point I didn't now how to embed the video testimonial feed on a client's website and with the help of their support team, I was able to get it squared in under 10 minutes.
