When I first signed up It was super easy to sign up and get the collection forms going. At some point I didn't now how to embed the video testimonial feed on a client's website and with the help of their support team, I was able to get it squared in under 10 minutes. **What do you dislike about Testimonial Star?** So far I don't think there are downsides although I wish they had more plans available. **What problems is Testimonial Star solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the video testimonial collection process super easy. ### 2.
