
I'm a long term user and I've always like the interface, very well thought out. It was a while without any updates but recently a big new version was released that makes me like it even more! Previously you could copy calendar items from Outlook (through Office) but internally we changed to to Google a few years back. I'm VERY happy to see it's now possible to live import calendar items from Google as well!!! This reduces the time required to enter timesheets a lot.
Speed: always smooth, I haven't had experienced any downtime in all these years. Price is cheaper than competition, I hope with the new version they won't increase it :-)
I only once had an issue that was related to the Xero link, this turned out to be a technical key that I had accidently removed in Xero. They helped me out. Haven't had to use support a lot though so hard to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although they recently also updated their app. I believe it could still use some more features, the reporting in the app is a bit too limited for me. On desktop it's fine but I'm not always in front of my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
