I'm a long term user and I've always like the interface, very well thought out. It was a while without any updates but recently a big new version was released that makes me like it even more! Previously you could copy calendar items from Outlook (through Office) but internally we changed to to Google a few years back. I'm VERY happy to see it's now possible to live import calendar items from Google as well!!! This reduces the time required to enter timesheets a lot.

Speed: always smooth, I haven't had experienced any downtime in all these years. Price is cheaper than competition, I hope with the new version they won't increase it :-)

I only once had an issue that was related to the Xero link, this turned out to be a technical key that I had accidently removed in Xero. They helped me out. Haven't had to use support a lot though so hard to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although they recently also updated their app. I believe it could still use some more features, the reporting in the app is a bit too limited for me. On desktop it's fine but I'm not always in front of my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was attracted to the calendar-based timesheet view. This gives you a bird's eye perspective of your team's timesheet entries by day, week or month. This is in addition to the normal "Table view" option that other timesheet tracking tools have.

The time tracking tool is super easy to use, particularly in the calendar view. Temponia is a super stable platform and has made capturing time and materials expenses easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On a monthly basis, I often had to import time entries in CSV format and this could be incredibly time-consuming. When all the data is correctly inputted into the CSV-based spreadsheet the import is a breeze but as is often the case, users timesheet entries are far from perfect.

We found the import error messages/codes most unintuitive for the most part. As a matter of practice, we found that importing timesheets in smaller batches was much easier to do and troubleshoot. Sometimes we ran into issues because our timesheet entry descriptions were too long but fortunately Temponia support is excellent and they helped us identify the problem.

When we first used the product there was an Apple iOS app but for the last year, at least in the South African App Store, this has not been available for download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
