What do you like best about Talkable?

I really like the team at Talkable; they're always there to answer questions and help fix any bugs we might have. They've been awesome at sharing optimizations and things to test, which allows me to be more hands-off with the program and focus on other marketing initiatives. The initial setup of Talkable was pretty easy, with no major issues. I also have to mention that if I ever work anywhere else, I would definitely advocate for Talkable right away. What do you dislike about Talkable?

I wish I could breakdown revenue on the main chart on the home page by month, week, year, quarter, etc. It would be nice if I could filter more easily by time breakdown instead of just time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkable?

I love working with our new CSM, Kate, and our campaign manager, Hanna, as they come up with great ideas that help us get past potential roadblocks. I really appreciate that the campaign manager is constantly providing new test ideas, which is a huge help. Additionally, Talkable’s focus on testing is great because our brand highly values testing any big changes we make, and this approach aligns well with our strategy. What do you dislike about Talkable?

I will say that we are having issues with the larger Talkable marketing team providing follow-ups on larger initiative projects outside of everyday small tests. For example, about 8 months ago we posed the need and want to revamp our friend and advocate emails to provide more insight into the brand. The marketing director or someone similar was going to take that back to the team but we never heard an update and it fell off. Additionally, we were posed with the opportunity to run a PostPilot campaign at no additional cost. This was presented to us in Q4 of 2025 and we decided to move forward. I quickly worked with internal creative members to pull together assets and whatnot for the design. Since then, the same marketing director has taken it on but not provided any updates. With that, we have to change some of the direction due to the offer changing. This is frustrating for us since this project has the eyes of key stakeholders and isn't moving. If there are ever any hiccups or additional information needed from our team, I would love a weekly update or immediate email asking for those things instead of waiting for our bi-weekly call.
