It did the thing we asked, but the tools were basic and felt like the price was a bit steep for its functionality. It was easy enough to install, but took considerable thought in how we wanted it to show. Would have been nice to have an easier implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Talkable? Talkable is expensive and unless you're willing to get all the tools and use out of the program there might be a cheaper solution that can do the same thing. We seem to have conflicts of talkable and other banner programs we use on our website and aesethically it could look messy with too many pop ups. What do you dislike about Talkable? Very confusing. There is no obvious place to find any answers in talkable. There is a lot of random clicking to hopefully find the information you are looking for.
