**What do you like best about Talkable?**

Talkable program exceeded my expectations in terms of sales volume and traffic quality. Our account managers take care of optimization and offer lots of test and ideas during calls. One of the best provider on the market.

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

We are still working on reporting that will suit our need, otherwise, it's all good.

increase the amount of subscriptions and turn word of mouth into marketing channel

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

From the beginning, the campaign started bringing new customers, which contributed to an increase in sales. The customer success team also suggested running the A/B test to find out what discount is more attractive for advocates and their friends. The team takes care of every campaign, from the way it looks like to the results it brings. 

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

To my mind, it will be hard to adjust a referral program by yourself. 

**What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkable solves even two of our business problems:

1) building a long-term relationship with the current customers;
2) attracting new customers.

After four months of using the program, we got visible results. Our existing customers were actively sharing the offer with their friends. That gave us not only great traffic but also a sales increase.

Its' hard to say, cause everything is perfectly fine till now.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

Sometimes customers try to refer themselves by providing a fake or second email. Talkable referral program saves from cheaters. Its engine helps to define the rules to catch and prevent fraudulent behaviors. Plus, there is a customer portal where we can manage customer issues directly. 


**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

Nothing. It’s all good.  Perhaps a bit pricey.

Better than in-house referral marketing programs

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

First of all, Talkable took care of the entire referral program integration and set up, everything was up and running in three weeks. Second, they do all the tests and adjustmetns on their side, so it's easy to manage. I see a steady flow of new customers coming from referral and joining our loyalty program. Highly recommended for e-commerce!

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

It would be nice to have free or low-price trial period for e-commerce stores to see how program works and then switch to full-price plan

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

Being skeptic about referral programs, we weren't expecting rapid revenue growth (from what we heard). To my surprise, Talkable's program brings us a huge amount of new clients with LTV sometimes higher than other clients. Despite a long process of setting up the campaign, it worth an investment of time and money. 

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

It took almost 5 months to negotiate details and set up a program. Would be great to have an option to choose between ready-made programs, if this is possible.

Ask them for examples of referral programs - it helped me a lot

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

We've quickly saw impressive results from referral program. The traffic and the conversion rate are great, I'm very pleased with how our program is managed and with the reports we get. Reporting provides some behavior insights we use for segmenting users. The level of service is extremely high.

Haven't noticed anything up to the moment

Apparently, for referral program to work, it needs to be promoted as much as possible across the site.

Integration team and campaign manager took care of every tech aspect of our referral program. The integration was smooth and pretty fast. Talkable team answered every question and adjusted program, saving us lots of time and recources. It's rare for tech vendors to have such superb service

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

Nothing so far really, fully satisfied with it

Apparently, for referral program to work, it needs to be promoted as much as possible across the site.

**What do you like best about Talkable?**

The best thing about Talkable is customer acquisition and new sales. When I was using the tool they were one of largest sources for acquiring new customers. They also had great client services and were quick to make any changes to the program that we asked. 

**What do you dislike about Talkable?**

I have no majors dislikes for the tool at all other than price, but that may have changed since I used them over 2 years ago. 

**Recommendations to others considering Talkable:**

My only recommendations would just to do a price comparison between other referral tools in the market. A lot of them accomplish the sames things, so price would be my major decision maker in choosing a new referral tool. 

**What problems is Talkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkable allowed us to tie customer referrals to new sales which is key to the success of the program. We could see when a customer referred a new person to make a purchase which allowed us to give a customer reward credit. And the fraud protection Talkable provided prevented customers from referring themselves.
