I like that not only can I time my social media posts but I can also see my the display of the feed that will be displayed on IG. The best feature of Tailwind was the ability to batch schedule Pins to Pinterest. Additionally, the SmartSchedule feature was helpful to an extent. The interface isn't exactly what I would call stimulating. It's basic and not very user-friendly if you're looking at it from an aesthetic perspective. Additionally -and this was really quite surprising considering how much users pay-dragging and dropping posts using the "smart shuffle" feature always had some sort of glitch. Tailwind works great on Pinterest for batching work ahead of time. Is a platform that complements your strategy on social media. It works for Pinterest and Instagram. I have used it on both but I rather use it for Pinterest. You can add pins to your account months in advance, you can check followers, board followers, and many cool features.

I don't like how works the Instagram platform, is good but needs a lot of work. Is not easy to set up to your phone all the programmed posts, you must have a Facebook business account in order to use your phone app from Tailwind to post automatically, which not always is the case.

The quality of support ain't great, you can take days by getting a response from someone on their team. Also, they recently changed their prices without announcing it, which was so annoying. It USED to be an easy and efficient way to schedule social media posts. I loved the features and the results I saw from using Tailwind. But after some updates and changes in billing, it's now become an expensive digital paperweight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When they update their product, it is super buggy. This latest update made Tailwind unusable. Even my billing pages won't load on any browser. They inexplicably downgraded my account to allow only 20 posts per month. I paid for the premium for a full year and I'm only 8 months into the year. I've reached out to support and have gotten no response after days. This product is now unusable and unfortunately I have months left that I already paid for. The company doesn't care and won't help. I love that Tailwind automatically creates beautiful pins automatically for my shop items and can schedule them in just a few clicks. I don't have to sit for hours and hours hand making all the graphics in photoshop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how slow and clunky the Tailwind site can load when you are automating pin creation. I know it requires a lot of the app to make these graphics but it can freeze up and be slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
