**What do you like best about Synaply?**

What I liked most is that Synaply actually helps us understand the why behind our sales efforts, not just the metrics and activities that get typed into the CRM. Reps are always picking up useful stuff in their conversations, but most of it just gets lost or only shared in random messages or emails. With Synaply, that info actually goes somewhere and gets shared across the team. It’s super helpful for spotting what’s working and what’s not, without having to wait until things go wrong. It also saves us a bunch of time. Our check-ins and 1:1a are way quicker now because we already have the context going in.

**What do you dislike about Synaply?**

No real cons, we just had to establish a routine to get reps to contribute consistently. But once they saw that their insights were actually driving change, and not just disappearing into a black box, adoption really picked up.

**What problems is Synaply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synaply solves the problem of lost insight, the stuff reps learn through real conversations that never makes it into dashboards or slide decks. Things like which prospecting plays and strategies are working, where buyers start hesitating, or what objections are trending. Before, that kind of knowledge just stayed stuck in 1:1s or never got shared at all.
