What I liked most is that Synaply actually helps us understand the why behind our sales efforts, not just the metrics and activities that get typed into the CRM. Reps are always picking up useful stuff in their conversations, but most of it just gets lost or only shared in random messages or emails. With Synaply, that info actually goes somewhere and gets shared across the team. It’s super helpful for spotting what’s working and what’s not, without having to wait until things go wrong.
