**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

It's so easy to use and gives great notes plus awesome email recaps that I can quickly customize. Plus it allows me to search for anything so quickly. And it helps me write proposals that are exactly what my prospects want because it leverages everything they said from my calls.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

If you have specific Zoom settings on, it doesnt join. But that's more of an error on my end / Zoom's end. It doesn't work if you require registration or a password to enter the room.

**What problems is Sybill.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving my time and helping me understand quickly my prospects and customers needs. Plus I can quickly find anything I'm looking for whether it's for an individual call or throughout all of my past calls. It's super convenient.

I have been using Sybill.ai for about a year, primarily to generate weekly reports based on my previous week's sales calls. This feature highlights major follow-ups, ensuring I don't miss anything critical. I find this extremely convenient as it ensures none of my important tasks go unnoticed. Additionally, during calls with clients, I use Sybill.ai to share user research information with my product team, which enhances team collaboration and decision-making. The setup process was notably simple and efficient; I was able to create an account using Google Single Sign-On, integrating it with my existing CRM, which took only about five minutes. I am particularly impressed with the platform's ability to offer meeting intelligence without having to manually review meeting transcripts, saving a considerable amount of time and allowing me to focus on making informed decisions promptly. I use it alongside HubSpot CRM, which integrates seamlessly into my workflow. Sybill.ai offers unparalleled insights and in-depth analysis for sales professionals, making it a crucial tool for my industry. Furthermore, I am enthusiastic about the latest features like CRM autofill and automatic reports, which are very much aligned with my needs.

I feel like sometimes the tool is not perfect at identifying which call is a sales call versus an internal meeting or a coaching call with a client. This imperfection hinders the ability to classify calls correctly and limits the functionality of asking questions based on the type of call.

It is seemless.  When I am taking a call it is on the background and I feel confident paying attention without having to take notes.  Then asking any questions from its AI Search capabilities if I have a doubt about what was discussed on a call with a client or a team member. Not only it has freed a lot of my time, but helped me stay more focused on listening, instead of taking notes.

Sharing content of calls is a bit cumbersome

Main problem for me was to ensure that I can pay full attention to a call without having to take notes on the details.  When I have a doubt about a specific detail that was discussed, Sybill's search capabilities allows me to find the answer fast (and I can certify it is exactly what was discussed, as it is recorded)

**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

The engagement scoring (nice to dive into empathy/excitement and some of the softer features left out by many recorders) I would like this to be beefed up as a Sybill coaching plan for those that speak too much, or have issues connecting to be given action items to improve on.

I like the ability for the call recorder to show up fairly quickly when needed, and the development speed that appears to result in new features built by their team. 

Personally I like where the GTM org for Sybill is headed, and it seems like executive leadership has its sights set in a realistic/scalable way.

But there are a lot of low hanging fruits that I desperately would like to see in the market as a management consultancy for SaaS where my firm implements tech stack items directly with clients/maintains partnerships with other vendors.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

- The limits to calls that can be recorded being an hour
- The lack of being able to easily identify and clip key moments in a call for sharing with stakeholders
- Emails generated for call summaries not being totally accurate and requiring significant edits
- Action items generated - wow this is actually a crazy one, you'd think that 20 action items exist on a call when really it was 4-5.
- Speaking of action items, no integration into a project management system to actually action them, it's as good as trying to navigate productivity in a dead doc like a spreadsheet or MS Word.
- The absence of intelligence to ask questions about the conversation similar to GongAMA
- Being able to natively route/attribute different kinds of conversations within the tool instead of relying on a bandaid CRM solution
- The lack of unique features compared to other recorders like fireflies, letterdrop, grain, etc.

Sybill allows team calls to be shared pretty effortlessly, and while I would love for someone to make each call a TikTok/short form video that recaps highlights/important moments only, I can still review calls and see some key points in the talking activity of each speaker.

Sybill automatically records all of their meetings automatically. It's so easy to use! Sybill is also avialble to sit in on any meeting. The integration for the end users was so easy and simple. The one time I reached out to customer support, they answered my questions immediately. Sybill is used in each and every one of my meetings and has saved me HUNDREDS of hours! I use this all the time!

Upon meeting with the developer's, the Sybill team listens to our feedback & is constantly implementing new features. I can't speak highly enough of this team's dedication to the continual improvement initiatives.

I wish Sybill would tell everyone she was recording.
Being able to replace the photo in MS Teams with our company logo would be great.

**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

I run a small sales team and needed help capturing data from sales calls, training calls, and customer success calls and then getting that data into SFDC. For me, Sybill had the best insights from those calls and I loved how it allows you to capture specific details that are unique to your calls. The integration to SFDC was key, though. I did not want to rely on someone having to manually transcript everything to the opportunity. Sybill does this for us, and not only that, to specific fields that I setup to allign with the data points that Sybill is capturing. Demo > Close > Onboarding > CSM- our start to finish process now has the consistent data it needs to be as efficent and accurate as it can be.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

They are a startup, so just know that they are still figuring some things out (which is to be expected). There may be slight communication delays, things like that, just because everyone is wearing several hats. Not really a "dislike" just something to be aware of.

Sybill has made my life easier and really improved my client communications! I'm able to focus on my client calls without being distracted by taking notes. I love the AI generated emails as a template to write a more personalized follow up. Going back to watch the transcripts or search for a specific topic is a great way for me to prep for my next call with that client. Plus, Nisit and team are so helpful and friendly!

I don't dislike much about Sybill. The email transcripts are more formal than I typically write so it would be interesting to adjust the tone of your emails in the settings. The call recaps are more oriented towards sales calls whereas I use Sybill for client calls. However, they are still very helpful for me.

**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

The sybill call recording capabilities rival that of Gong for a fraction of the price. On top of that, they have some neat feature like emotional insights. The best part of sybill might be their customer service though. Any time I've needed help, they reply incredibly fast with helpful answers. Getting set up takes just a few minutes and couldn't be easier. We use Sybill on every external call (mainly sales focused) as well as on some longer internal calls for record keeping and summarizing. Easy to integrate with slack as well to share context with the whole team.

The main thing I'd like to see on Sybill is a bit better of a snipping feature to snip certain sections and share with team mates.

The hidden gem, behind the ability to follow-up better is the ability to filter the transcript by questions. You get the question time stamp and then you see how you answered this question. This can be used to create FAQs or tailor your messaging to avoid confusion.  But there are a lot of other features I love about Sybill as well.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

So far I have not found one, and it seems to be a point of discussion in all of my meetings when people realize I have an AI Notetaker.

I was terrible at follow-up and creating tasks for myself. Now my assistant reviews the meetings and suggestions by Sybill. Sends follow-up emails, gives me tasks to do for each client and making me much more efficient with my time.

Sybill's ability to extract key takeaways, next steps, pain points/challenges, and interests/objectives and present them in an efficient, organized way allows me to truly streamline my meeting follow ups without sacrificing personalization and comprehensiveness.  The ability to integrate with CRM fully automated the capturing of meeting notes, that are extremely organized and thorough.  This also allows you to confidently stay focused on the sales meeting and truly be present, knowing that etailed notes are going to be handled.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

Sometimes transcriptions are a bit off - for example, words might be incorrectly transcribed, or associated with the wrong speaker, usually right at the point when speakers change during a conversation.  The latter can sometimes wrongly associate customer pain points/interests with ideas that are pitched/presented by the sales team, as if they were the client's words.

Sybill is amazing at summarizing what was talked about in a virtual meeting. I find it to be >90% accurate and it helps with follow up emails bc it writes them for me! I usually just need to edit a few words and then off it goes to my client or prospect. Highly recommend!

I charge most of my clients by the hour, so it actually saves me too much time. However, if allows the time I do spend to be of high value to my clients, which makes it worth it.

3 best things for me are;
1) the AI email summary especially the next steps/actions
2) written transcript with search functionality so you can watch/read the relevant parts
3) the recording so you can click on the transcript and watch it back live.

It automatically joins all my meetings but I can change the settings and can also change sharing settings for colleagues. 
took a minute to download and integrate.

doesn't always pick up the correct speaker when there are a lot of people on the call. a long call with multiple people (such as a sales enablement session) doesn't always record the most relevant takeaways. 
These are minor points in comparison though and I couldn't be without a note taker now. colleagues are using free versions of alternative note takers but the features on Sybil are far superior.

The notes it provides are extremely detailed, better than anything a person could do while on a call

It allows me to fully focus on the conversation with the customer, rather than trying to decipher what important details that I need to add to my note

The turnaround time for the meeting report is very quick, and is not stopping me from being able to follow up  
with the customer the same day

The auto email it generates is also a huge time saver when putting together the meeting recap

Setting up the integration took 2 mintues

There have been a few instances where a next step or cusotmer question has been missed in the meeting summary  BUT it's very easy to search the meeting transcript to find those pieces of the conversation

Sybill helps me understand sentiment rather than the literal words that were said in a conversation.  I love how well it summarizes calls, syncs with my CRM, and allows me to catch up and relearn things on past calls.   I have used Gong in the past, and Sybill is the same if not better in nearly every way.  You aren't missing much, if anything you are gaining functionality you will actually use when buying a tool like this

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

They currently do not have a mobile app - this used to be something I liked about Gong, is that I could listen to calls on the go in the app pretty easily; however there are work around for this, it's just not quite as clean in this regard.  that's really the only downside I see coming from gong.

The timesaver of having Sybill in my vitual meetings, allows me truly focus on the goals and outcomes knowing that Sybill is listening taking notes and then embedding them into the Salesforce opp for tracking with next steps and action items.

There have been a few times where there were glitches and Sybill didn't make it into the room and I wasn't able to caputre as sicintly the depth and bredth of the meeting.

All notes are automatically uploaded into my Saleforce opportunites focusing on the MEDDICC methodology and gives me and my potential customer or team member action items to complete.  Helps be stay focused and organized allowing for more meetings to close buisness.

Sybill has made meetings with next steps and action items actualy get completeled. So often you have a meeting and multiple people walk away with tasks and its never heard of again. Sybill takes incredible notes in the human written language that are easy to review and check on next steps.

There are alot of features I didnt know about such as recording. I need to dive deeper into the features. I would like to be able to change the name of Sybill on teams

**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

Sybill is a great tool if you are doing virtual meetings.  My favorite thing about Sybill is that it is very accurate in describing the buying intent of a customer or prospect.  It is very easy to use and has been great for my sales team.  From a manager standpoint, you can go in and watch calls and coach your team with snippets, and from a sales standpoint, you never miss information.  

Cannot wait to see more updates and how this amazing tool grows.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

If someone is not on a video call and calls in via speaker phone in the meeting, Sybill does not pick them up well.  My only complaint.  Outside of that, it has been great for my team.

**What problems is Sybill.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sybill is saving our team time in recapping calls.  With the integration to HubSpot the summary is completed there and as a manager, you can review your teams calls and coach if needed.  It is also a safety net when someone says you did not cover something in which you did, or if you did forget you know.

**What do you like best about Sybill.ai?**

Sybill joins your online meetings and analyses the dialogue for interests & pain points for external or sales meetings as well as key takeaways for internal or team meetings.

The summary of each meeting is decision-useful and I’d argue 99% accurate compared to the typical transcription tools like Fireflies.

To add to the convenience, Sybill has saved me about 2 hours per week of emailing participants after meetings with helpful recaps and next steps.

 Not only are prospects impressed by our thorough recap of the discovery call, but customers and team members find comfort in knowing how detailed were are in determining who is accountable for one.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

Sybill currently integrates with Salesforce and Hubspot CRM, but it would be great if Pipedrive also integrated with Sybill as well.

**What problems is Sybill.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sybill accurately and completely notes critical & decision-useful information discussed in sales, customer and team meetings.

This not only saves us time but also ensures an effective approach to reduce the risk of misalignment. Added to this, the fact that Sybill auto-generates an email response to recap the meeting with actionable steps is outstanding.

I love that I can focus more on my customer and their needs, rather than just note taking. I'm confident that I will have a record of the call to reference in the future, and that Sybill will be able to consolidate the main takeaways that are needed for me to follow up or recall for the next call. It's super easy to integrate to my calls and I can choose which calls I want Sybill in.

**What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?**

The only downside that's impacted me is the time it takes to process a video call. Sometimes it takes a while to process, especially if it's a longer meeting. This is understandable though, as there is more data to sift through. Ultimately it is still a time saver and value focusing product.

Increasing our team's capacity! We can focus on the customer and also jump from call to call with confidence that Sybill's got our backs. The auto email generations and next steps are fantastic features that save time as well.

After each call, I get a detailed synopsis of what happen. I specifically love how they breakout their notes. They have an Outcomes area, Next Steps, Painpoints, and Interests that are so insight full.

Its so easy to connect and use, it fucntions right through my Gmail account, implementation took less than 15 mins. I use it daily and add their notes into our CS system.

Their intial pricing and tiers was a bit confusing, but was able to connect to support and they helped.

kinda intrusive and takes up space on the call by having this black box there...not the end of the world, but in the future would like to see a less intrusive solution.

The best thing about Sybill is the ease of use. I can easily copy and past notes for internal purposes. I can even copy a prewritten follow up email to paste and send with minimal edits.

We were able to integrate the software into our organization with very little training and prepertion required.

I use the software on weekly if not daily basis.

The only downside is there is often some repetition within painpoints and interests transcriptions.

Sybill has been such an incredible tool to use during my meetings. It can take notes more efficiently and more accurately than I can while I get to focus on the meeting. I use Sybill with all of my meetings including my 1:1s with my team so that I can easily collect notes and follow up tasks.

It is not always set it and forget it. Sometimes you need to take a few extra steps to make sure the integration is correct so that you get the notes you need. If you are expecting to get the notes and for some reason Sybill did not collect them, you are left without any of the info you need.

I haven't seen much in the way of filtering all calls for specific words or features mentioned. I also have not seen a way to correct a word that the voice recognition incorrectly transcribed. 

It's possible I need to dig in more.

Use it on most of my external and many internal meetings
