The team is constantly improving the platform, and while we initially purchased it in Feb 2024 for call recording and insights, it has become a critical part of our tech stack and—other than our CRM—the hardest tool to operate without. The Ask Sybill function provides so many insights for our business and helps answer questions that were previously hard to quantify. For example, if I have eight meetings tied to one opportunity, I’d like it to follow along across those calls and help build out the opportunity, spot gaps, and map things to a sales framework. A lot of the time I end up pulling the raw transcripts into Claude, which isn’t the most efficient workflow and it loses some of the value along the way. I’d love to have folders dedicated to specific accounts where I can ask the chatbot questions, and it would then analyze the full series of calls and aggregate a single, useful answer. Main problem for me was to ensure that I can pay full attention to a call without having to take notes on the details.
