"High-Value Call Transcriptions with Helpful Summaries and Follow-Ups"
4/5
What do you like best about Sybill.ai?

I get a lot of value from the call transcriptions. They help me dissect calls by providing summaries and recaps, drafting email follow-ups, and analyzing what happened during the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sybill.ai?

It doesn’t do a great job aggregate a series of calls and organizing. For example, if I have eight meetings tied to one opportunity, I’d like it to follow along across those calls and help build out the opportunity, spot gaps, and map things to a sales framework. A lot of the time I end up pulling the raw transcripts into Claude, which isn’t the most efficient workflow and it loses some of the value along the way. I’d love to have folders dedicated to specific accounts where I can ask the chatbot questions, and it would then analyze the full series of calls and aggregate a single, useful answer.
