I also appreciate the modern design—it looks professional and clean, which gives visitors a positive first impression. SwipedOn’s real time tracking of visitors is a major benefit. Knowing exactly who is in the building at any time greatly enhances security and helps with compliance requirements. The automatic notifications to hosts when their guests arrive save staff time and reduce confusion. Additionally, the digital visitor logs make reporting and auditing far easier compared to paper systems. While SwipedOn works really well overall, there are a few areas that could be better. The reporting features are somewhat limited, and there isn’t much flexibility for customizing reports beyond the standard templates. Sending reports directly from the app would be a convenient addition. Also, the pricing structure may feel restrictive for smaller offices, and the cancellation policy isn’t very flexible.
