I love the unique variety of items available in the online catalog such as stress relief devices, inflatable paddle boats, blink video doorbells, candle sets and more. There are even experiences that can be redeemed in certain states in the United States. **What do you dislike about SwagMagic?** Not really a dislike, but a minimum amount of swag must be bought per item in order to make an order. For example, we must order 25 umbrellas at minimum in order to purchase umbrella swag for employees/customers. **What problems is SwagMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwagMagic is perfect for ordering unique and memorable items on a grandscale (sometimes to put into swag bags) for retreats, orientations, and even company parties. ### 3. It better to tailor the info or swag products that I send and there are occasions of receiving new clients or partners by sending the right product at the right time. It's quick, and it can improve the feedback loop between email and social networking. **What do you dislike about SwagMagic?** SwagMagic seemed to lack the in-depth customization options that the competitor provided. With those ready-made swag boxes, you can just choose from but a lot of customization is lacking. It would be awesome if we could do the addition of personalized details or custom designing making the swag more unique. **What problems is SwagMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** As ShopSwag brings me in line with the rest of the world and allows me to break through the turbulence of the marketplace, it is the tool that creates my uniqueness. I chose a gift that would reflect the spirit of the event hence saying that I care about building relationships. Hopefully, it would also be a great conversation starter. Being at it for sure it brought me to the qualified leads as I gained some stronger client connections. ### 4.
