From the moment we engaged I knew you were special and loved your career. The customer service with CorporateGift.com has been amazing.  They have been able to provide quick responses and options with little lead time and in December!! Omer and his team have created custom solutions based on the program's needs and budgets.  Tracking packages and the ordering process is very easy.  The credit option provides a lot of flexibility, especially with year-end budget limitations.

I don't have any negative feedback about their services.

Allows each of the programs to order clinical ed holiday end-of-the-year gifts.  They manage shipping, delivery tracking and messaging to our clinical partners.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

The things we like best about Corporate Gift are the ability to input emails to send gifts to our team, customers, and potential customers. Less waste, if people don't want the gift they don't have to claim or accept it. We don't have to awkwardly for mailing addresses to send gifts. We can purchase stock in advance and Corporate Gift will store it for us until we're ready to send it out.

**What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?**

Fluctuating stock, the website looks like products are in stock and lets me place an order but my dedicated CSM will come back a few days later and tell me that it's out of stock. We wish that the platform was more self-service where we could create our own campaigns and see our current total spend and ability to customize products on the platform and see logos on products, adjust sizing.

**What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pain points that CorporateGift solves for us are that we don't have to keep our own stock, we don't have to verify mailing addresses, and prepare and ship out products directly to customers at multiple addresses. If people don't want products they don't have to accept the gift or we can add a donation if they don't want the actual products.

Our Casino has used Corporate Gift for our birthday giveaways for a few years now. Recently they also helped us by creating an absolutely 1 of a kind treat for all our holiday guests. We were excited & delighted with the results!! Our Rep, Omer, is friendly, professional, & knowledgeable about what products would best suit our needs. Turnaround time on proofing is usually less than 24hrs & once approved, receiving product happens very quickly. We are extremely happy with our partnership with Corporate Gift!!

Being further away than most, sometimes there are small shipping delays, nothing crazy though.

The interface is easy to use and the reps are great in their response to resolve your issue. My concerns usually don't go beyond 24 hours. Navigating through different campaigns is also easy.

I wish the reporting was more sophisticated where we can see different breakdowns of cost and point in purchases/orders to understand better how our budget is doing and how we are doing in our spending.

They are creating an automated process for us which will help a lot with our new agent gifts and anniversary gifts. CG has also helped with suggestions for inventory replenishment

The CorporateGift platform is well thought out, user-friendly, and is the answer to the logistical nightmare of sending gifts to multiple addresses. The staff are always helpful and quick to respond.

The shipping of gifts can be expensive, but this is an issue across the US and is not specific to CorporateGift. Once you understand the site it because very easy to use.

CorporateGift solves the issue of sending items to a large group of people all across the US and it does it with a professional and easy message and claim system.

I would like to be able to search for items myself. While the suggestions are helpful when I'm looking for something specific it helps to be able to search.

Often we have very short windows in which to select and order items. It helps to have an existing relationship with Corporate Gift to get the items that align with our brand quickly.

Omer Cohen and his staff were very responsive and efficient.  When there were a couple of delivery issues, they looked and found solutions instead of making excuses.

If Omer and his staff were not available, the other staff person I spoke with did not do what he said he was going to do, so I then only communicated with Omer and his staff.

Selections can sometimes be limited if looking for something in particular, but they'll usually provide some alternatives or source a particular product

We have realized numerous benefits utilizing Corporate Gift. Especially during the pandemic, it was so easy to send out gifts at a moment's notice or to do promotions. CG takes care of everything! I love that we just need an e-mail address and the recipient can fill in their own shipping info. CG goes above and beyond to guarantee success and realize your vision - whatever it may be.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

We needed a solution for providing client gifts during the pandemic when many people were working from home. We have continued to use this, even though many people are back in an office. I like that I was able to provide multiple options for gifts (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and this platform takes care of requesting the address the gift to be sent to and all the shipping logistics. Additionally, our team enjoyed getting back the thank you notes from the clients and  it was a very positive response!

The only downside was that during the holiday season, there seemed to be less options for gifts due to things selling out.  There seemed to be more options last year.

We were able to recognize clients that we work with and companies we partner with. This is an easy-to-use gifting platform, so we can provide a gift to clients and give them some choice over what they receive. Instead of just sending a gift, our clients got to choose between 4 options.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

I use CorporateGift to send thank yous to clients and celebrate special occasions like birthdays, congratulations and holidays. The platform lets us automate this so I’m not working on calendar reminders or placing additional burden on my assistant to find and send gifts every time. The marketplace makes it easy to find great gifts for every occasion and handle all our customization requirements directly through the tool. Would never go back to the “old way” again!

I like all of it.  I have sent gifts on there many time and never found anything i didn't like about it.

**What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge previously was finding gifts and managing the logistics around getting them to the right place, and tracking deliveries one-by-one with individual tracking numbers through a vendor’s website. Now with COVID-19 it’s even more challenging to organize gifting without a tool like CorporateGift. The E-gifting feature lets recipients choose their preferred address and we can track the delivery and even receive a thank you from within the platform.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

I manage Account Based Marketing, and I love the fact I can send unlimited E-gifts to prospects and target accounts - no price per send.  We’re not sending the same generic gifts to everyone, and we can tailor gift options based on account types and where they are in our funnel, while also having great functionality to tailor at the individual level.  The email, ribbon, packaging... even the filling of an Oreo can be customized to fit your exact customer brand.

**What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?**

Some gift options have a minimum quantity, but this isn't a big hurdle.  Majority of gift options have no quantity minimum, and at most you see quantities of 10-20 which is far less than any other vendor we analyzed.

**What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re a large and diverse company, so before this solution there was no process for finding or sending gifts at all.  Prior, gifts were purchased in bulk and sent to corporate addresses - never knowing if the intended recipient actually received the gift.  Sunk costs were through the roof.  Now we have a single platform that not only optimizes gift sending, but gives great visibility and analytics.  Especially during COVID-19, direct mail through CorporateGift.com has given us a critical touchpoint for customers while they progress through the funnel.

I am newish to CG, but there are still a lot of things I don't understand fully about the process and fees...and am not sure I was made fully aware of in the beginning.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

I love the variety of gifts and various options for delivery that Corporate Gifts provides. We've been able to send high-end, valuable gifts from well-known brands that people will actually use (and want!) -- and our items are customized with our branding so they stand out. With a lot of folks working from home, their E-gifting feature for physical gifts ensures we can send to the best delivery address the recipient chooses and not send to an empty office. Also love the Salesforce integration, for direct sending and tracking from our CRMs which helps us automate a lot of what we do.

**What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?**

Nothing so far. The team and platform have been stellar and responsive to our asks for gifting ideas, sourcing new gifts, and helping customize our Salesforce integration

Corporate Gifts allows us to send more gift options than other platforms can provide. They also give our team so many methods for sending gifts, provide our recipients with the ability to select a gift of their choice and they prompt the recipient to send a thank you message of our choosing.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

Compared to other gifting platforms CorporateGift has several advantages. Number one, pricing model. You get a very feature-rich platform for free with a minimum annual gift spend, so your “budget” goes directly to gifts. The integrated marketplace also lets you source gifts directly within the tool and filter by gifts with free shipping or rush production, and at our subscription tier we get discounts on gifts and waived rush production fees.

Another advantage is speed of delivery. We looked at another platform that can house your inventory and fulfill gifts for you, but it doubles your delivery time to ship to the warehouse and then to recipients, especially for individual gifts by occasion. You can’t wait 3-4 weeks for a get-well gift or “thank you for taking a meeting.” You also need to ensure gifts arrive well in time for virtual meetings and online events. The CorporateGift platform lets you set the arrival date, and gifts ship directly from the brand or supplier with the best shipping speed/method.

The team is great to work with if you need custom sourcing outside what you can find in the marketplace, and we see new features added to the platform all the time. I can’t believe we’re not actually “paying” for this solution. It’s a tremendous value.

I wish they had a shared "Best Practices" or AI of what messages are best to include with the e-gifts.

**What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using CorporateGift for a wide range of gifting occasions, our largest programs being ABM and supporting client relationships. We use it for lead generation (unlike competitors, CorporateGift lets you send unlimited E-gift invitations), increasing our meeting booking rate, keeping prospects and clients engaged throughout the cycle, celebrating milestones and recognizing employees. It’s a true end-to-end application the whole company can use.

The global pandemic has forced our sales meetings and customer events online, and we see direct mail and gifting programs as a key strategy in keeping relationships strong and delivering amazing experiences. We were actively looking for a gifting solution to manage this at scale. 

We discovered CorporateGift.com late in the gifting platform decision process, in fact we had already began setting up another vendor. But once we saw what CorporateGift could do we threw the other option out the window and started from scratch with CG. It was a no-brainer. The pricing model is amazing (free!) and we felt the functionality of the platform was much better, as was the breadth and quality of gifts in the native marketplace.

Nothing so far. We’re still gathering feedback from our events, recipients and internal stakeholders to keep optimizing our campaigns and experiences. Anything we’ve wanted we’ve been able to approach the CG team and work with them to get our requirements built into the solution. The team is a true partner.

Get a demo! There’s so much this plaWe’ve tried sending gift cards and using direct mail agencies but you end up with a bunch of unused cards, you lose the personal connection and it’s hard to manage at scale. CorporateGift lets us build campaigns with a customized gift that suits the occasion, and send E-gifts that enable recipients to choose what they want. For example, we recently hosted a VIP celebration virtually that we usually would have in person at our annual customer summit. We sent small bottles of champagne and a snack tower to each VIP, and the E-gift let attendees choose whether they wanted alcoholic or non-alcoholic options. The response from participants was overwhelming, and they could even send our Sales Executives personal thank yous and follow ups through the E-gift solution. CorporateGift made it easy and seamless, and we’re now looking to expand this across more departments and more events and occasions.tform can do and the pricing model can’t be beat.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

I love how easy it is to personalize gifts to recipients—i.e. custom branded gift notes, gift wrap, and adding our company logo. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch especially with their Zendesk integration.

**What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?**

If anything, there are sometimes error messages when trying to send from our Salesforce integration but this does not occur very often.

Solving the need to send mass gift orders to multiple recipients at once. CorporateGift has allowed for that.

Corporate Gift is an excellent yet simple platform that allows us to stand out from the crowd.
First, the e-gift functionality is brilliant, it allows us to gift clients, prospects, and partners without knowing their fiscal address. More than that, if we sent them something they don't like they can choose something else from the marketplace.

The feedback from individuals who get the gifts is a game-changer - 
1. Every new client is getting a gift, we use e-gifts so its immediate, we see that they open and redeem it and get their 'thank you' notes (which is captured in our Salesforce CRM).
2. We gift prospects in case we feel it will increase our chances to convert.  
3. Our partners like to work with us as the more they refer the more they get.  
4.  The surprise impact and the recipients user experience. reflects on us as a company -   we do not take them for granted, they feel appreciated, and even if we have a challenge with a client they remember that we care and it makes things easier. 
5. Salesforce Integration - We connected Corporate Gift with Salesforce and we automated the entire gifting process so there is ZERO manual work!

If you are looking for a way to differentiate, to improve conversion and close rate -  I highly recommend this platform.

**What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?**

We have some complex rules and regulations around sending gifts in our organization. CorporateGift has controls you can set at the organization level so all users across departments and roles can play within the compliance constraints and still automate and scale a gifting program.

**What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?**

The only drawback was that few of the gifts we were interested in (needed large qty) were out of stock.

If your company allows it - I highly recommend utilizing the Salesforce integration capabilities. It is definitely the next level of integrated simplified solution for the user.

I’m a real estate professional, so relationships are key. I love how easy it is to find great gift baskets and wine in the marketplace for celebrating a close. I can also upload a file of all my contacts for holiday gifting with multiple address checkout, so one transaction handles all the “thank yous” and everyone gets a handwritten note without any legwork on my part!

We are based outside the US where most of our clients are. Corporategift is our one stop shop for all our gifting needs. The E-gifting is very useful and saves a lot of time. Also managing budgets and gift values is very easy. On the receiver front the option to replace and exchange gifts is super helpful.

I am not a fan of the limitations and functionality from IT for our gifting dashboard.  However, I know we are picky and it has been a first, so willing to make it work.
