They charged my card three times for just two purchases. I had created a card to accompany the 130 gifts we ordered, and although they charged me for it, the card was never included with the gifts. As a result, there was no way for recipients to know who the gifts were from. They claimed to have initiated a refund, but I never received it. Some recipients got gifts addressed under other people's names, some received multiple gifts with different names, and others did not receive anything at all. Now, I have to reach out to all 130 people to apologize and figure out who actually received a gift. So far, the company has refused to send me even a few backup items to distribute to my donors myself. I will not work with this company again, especially not for my most important donors. The team assists you in a jiffy and is always ready to help. Natalia and Ron are my go-to lifelines for corporate gifting in the US. As a marketing head, it makes my job much easier knowing that any unused gift balance is refunded within a day of closing the campaign, giving me great flexibility. I love the "Let Them Choose" feature on CorporateGift. It allows for us to send our clients their gift of choice, and saves that information on my account so we can get to know our demographic better for future gifting and deepening our connection with them! Corporate Gift has made it incredibly easy to gift and thank my clients at the end of each year. I don't have to toil over what to get each client, or figure out how to deliver it to them - Corporate Gift allows my clients to choose from a pre-determined list (chosen by me with theme and cost in mind), so I know that my clients will get the gift they want delivered right to their door. Super easy to use with lots of options to fit a variety of budgets. I was able to create a few different campaigns to allow us to send to a greater variety of our partners. I picked the price range, CorporateGift provided great options that fit in that price range. I was able to send employees the link in a personal email, so it was not an impersonal invitation from a random website.
