We had a basic visitor system that we thought would be great. When we installed it, many features were missing, and all the things that everyone asked, we had to say no. A friend recommended switching to SV3; and the engineers at Building Intelligence were able to do everything we needed. We needed something that allowed for service contractors, deliveries and vendor management. We also needed something that had nice invitations. One thing that is really cool is that people within the organization can get texts when people arrive; and we can send emails to people on deliveries to project managers outside the group. Switching visitor systems meant we had to resend out invitations to guests. So, for about a week there was little confusion. That resolved quickly; and was very much worth it. Another issue we ran into was that our logo did not look great on the badges. That too was resolved, but it took a little while to get it just right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
