  ### 1. SV3 was a much needed upgrade from the basic Visitor Management

**What do you like best about SV3?**

We had a basic visitor system that we thought would be great.  When we installed it, many features were missing, and all the things that everyone asked, we had to say no.  A friend recommended switching to SV3; and the engineers at Building Intelligence were able to do everything we needed.  We needed something that allowed for service contractors, deliveries and vendor management.  We also needed something that had nice invitations.  One thing that is really cool is that people within the organization can get texts when people arrive; and we can send emails to people on deliveries to project managers outside the group.

**What do you dislike about SV3?**

Switching visitor systems meant we had to resend out invitations to guests.  So, for about a week there was little confusion.  That resolved quickly; and was very much worth it.  Another issue we ran into was that our logo did not look great on the badges.  That too was resolved, but it took a little while to get it just right.

**What problems is SV3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrated SV3 to our access control and made our turnstile touch-less.  We added the freight scheduling for the client, and connected the product to the SV3 vendor program.  This allowed us to manage Insurance documents.

**What do you like best about SV3?**

The team was terrific with our IT team and our integrator.  We were fortunate that the consultant included SV3 in their project.  I had not heard of them.  Their project manager collaborated with our project leader to get this over the finish line in time and on budget.  Product works well and they had many features that I would not have thought of.

**What do you dislike about SV3?**

When we integrated the product into our access control system, our legacy system posed some challenges and we could not use all the features available.  We have a future road map to work around it and the team at BI has some amazing ideas on how to get around our current investments in access systems.

**What problems is SV3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are transforming the lobby into a safe terrific experience.  The system notifies people on arrival with SMS and email; and allows our people to choose how they will be notified with each guest.  It integrated into our conference room scheduling program and had a program for managing vendors/COI.  There was much more to it than just visitors.

**What do you like best about SV3?**

SV3 allows for me to quickly use its services (I mostly use it for scheduling deliveries, etc.), and requests are promptly sent to me via e-mail

**What do you dislike about SV3?**

The UI, while it's aesthetically ok, is a bit slow and choppy. For instance, I am not able to schedule an appt and see the calendar at the same time. You are either on the event creation screen or the calendar itself. Not the best way.

**What problems is SV3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am coordinating with a large building on getting deliveries taken care of--it simply lets me know what other truck docs are in use and how crowded conditions will be.
