I can synchronise office meetings with the knowledge Park Office has a space booked for me. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** Sometimes it is tricky when approaching the barrier to locate and press the Open Gate button as it is quite small, perhaps having a larger button would make it easier to press when entering the car park, or adding a voice option when the app is open to operate the Open Gate think but genuinely its more of an observation than a dislike. **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the space reserved means that I don't need to be anxious if I am running a little later than planned and that I won't have a space. I don't need to take a ticket, pay at a payment machine or use my bank card in any of the transactions. I feel much safer using the Park Office app as I don't need to open my purse or even open my window, which as a female can be quite scary if its dark and perhaps later when not many others around. It makes the sharing easy and has taken away a lot of time spend on discussions/complaints as our employees are now much happier. Support is really quick as well, through a chat in the tool. Really good support on the launch as well, although we had some minor issues with some users, they were literally solved over a friday night and saturday - very commited staff, ensuring a smooth launch. **Recommendations to others considering Wayleadr:** At the launch it´s important to do a very clear comunication campaign to avoid any hickups.
