I typically have my core days for going to the office and Wayleader provides cadence and visibility of my allocated spots 4 weeks in advance. If I need to go into the office on an AdHoc basis, I can check availability the morning I want to go and if someone has released a space or I have applied for one, I can snap it up or have a space allocated to me. ### 2. From the installation, with great help from their support to the rollout of the application has been a pleasure. The app is easy to use and can be used on a mobile or laptop device. It synchronises with single sign on so there is not another password we need to remember. The application automatically assigns people their parking bays each week based on certain criteria. If you know you are not in the office on a particular day, you release the bay and the app will then give your parking to another person. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** None, the support has been fantastic and the application is a pleasure to use! **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to take ages to create and then manage all of our parking bays. It usually provides me a spot, but even when not, it does it in a very positive way. It's good to know even being declined at first doesn't mean I'm out of luck. I like how it naturally tries to reduce the number of needed spaces (carpooling done smart!). **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** The instant booking on the day could be a little faster. It should be actions I could easily do while driving (big buttons,please!). The buttons that open gates are quite small and could be larger. Same with parking instructions - eg. as I arrive to the parking all i need is 'open gate' + parking number. I've never had a problem being allocated a space because I can book them up to two weeks in advance and I get sent my allocations the week before I need them. Sometimes my shift day has changed last minute and I've had to request a space on the very morning I'm working, but it's still not been a problem - I am still given a space, even at that short notice. I do get a park almost every time that I request one. I love the reminder emails to book my parking in before the booking cut off weekly. I like that I can use this from multiple devices - I book parks from either one of two phones or my laptop **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** I haven't had any negative experiences so far. Also love the reminders to put your car park requests in. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** That you cant request a car park more than a week in advance. It would also be great, if youve requested a park but one isnt available that you get a nudge on the day if some releases a park so you dont have to keep checking on your comute to work on the off chance one becomes available. **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping to distribute car parking spaces fairly throughout the business through a booking system. ### 31. Features a user-friendly interface, making it easy for users to navigate and find relevant information. 5. Previous parking apps that our company had used resulted in highly frustrating scenarios where our carpark would be full in theory on the app, but empty on the day. The karma system keeps everyone accountable and ensures our carpark is at almost full capacity each day. I love that you can book multiple days at once, and book in the future with ease. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** The only improvement I would like to see is when trying to book on the same day is an app that automatically refreshes the availability instead of having to constantly refresh. However, this is very minor. **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wayleadr has removed the frustation of our carpark - before the app and we were using another software the carpark would always be booked out - however on the day the carpark would be half-empty. Now integrating the app into our workplace I find that the carpark is at 90%+ capacity each day. ### 37. With Wayleadr it is possible to see if there are free slots over the day, even for shorter periods. Due to individual preferences there are available slots between two bookings that wayleadr helps to find and book in an intuitive way. I like as well the feature to get notified when a user has been able to make use of a slot that I have released because a last minute change of plans. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** So far nothing identified.
