I love Suzy for its blazing-fast, statistically significant results, which mean no more waiting weeks for insights. Suzy’s proprietary 15M+ verified opt-in panel is its superpower and it completely changes the way brands work with consumer data. It's a huge differentiator for me because I’ve been able to launch a 500-respondent quantitative survey and get complete, actionable results in just 6 hours, which is incredibly speedy compared to the typical 6 days or even 6 weeks. This speed provides a competitive advantage, especially for things like testing packaging designs before a product launch or validating ad creatives shortly before a social media push. I don't like that Suzy has severely limited global reach, focusing only on English-speaking markets. I wish they would expand their proprietary panel to high-priority global markets such as Germany, France, Japan, India, and Brazil with native-speaking, verified respondents, especially in areas where their enterprise clients already operate.
