Instead of clicking through sterile multiple-choice grids, respondents actually engage with the platform in a conversational way. This gives me raw, unfiltered qualitative feedback on whether our digital learning platforms actually make sense pedagogically, not just technically. Also, I don't need to beg IT to help me configure audience targeting. The dashboard is incredibly intuitive; I can spin up a compliance check for a specific K-12 demographic in minutes. It feels less like enterprise software and more like a tool built for actual educators. **What do you dislike about Suzy?** While the global panels are great, they sometimes lack hyper-local granularity. For example, being able to filter specifically by regional German school types (like Gymnasium vs. Realschule) directly within the platform would save my team hours of manual sorting. I’d also love to see native integrations with tools like Microsoft Teams or our internal student data management systems. Right now, exporting qualitative transcripts to Excel for cross-referencing works, but a direct API sync would make our institutional workflows bulletproof. Pre-built templates tailored specifically for European EdTech regulatory assessments would also be a massive time-saver. **What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** In Germany, EdTech compliance isn't just about data privacy; it's about strict pedagogical alignment. Traditional surveys were giving us superficial metrics that looked good on paper but failed in real classrooms. Suzy solves this by capturing the nuance of user experience before we sign expensive vendor contracts. It streamlines our evaluation phase by providing authentic, actionable insights, ensuring we only roll out tools that genuinely support our educational standards without risking compliance violations. ### 2. Also the results from questions come back fast (immediately, within minutes). Our customer success manage(s) have all been very nice and helpful. I think Suzy is best suited for large brands with lots of readily available users to provide statistically significant results. **What do you dislike about Suzy?** Offers data points, but no insights. The sample sizes are also very low and although they say they are statistically significant, we could never verify that as other data contradicted it. You are very much "own your own...the success team is quite limited as far as analysis and help goes. I wish that the account team was more hands on with the data and able to deliver actionable insights. We are not certain the data is 100% reflective of the markets, so we would like to have some deeper analytics done, but we dont seem to have been able to get to that point with our current package. **Recommendations to others considering Suzy:** It's a good tool if you have limited budgets, need something fast and turnkey. However, if you are looking for something very specific you will likely need to upgrade to more advanced packages or leverage internal or third party resources for additional insight development. **What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting basic data (survey questions) back from Suzy regarding our own brand as well as competitors to assist is with developing our brand positioning. ## Suzy Discussions -
