What do you like best?

I must admit that I love Surveypal its interface is very intuitive and easy to use and the best thing that is very useful because it offers us different types of services. For example, research the market in addition to this investigate the current status of employees and thus know their Different emotions and ideas and knowing how they are in their field of work, are important things that help a company to stabilize, not only that, but also offers us to investigate the market and sales that are in this moment that is incredible. What do you dislike?

We do not have any problem on the part of us with the interface, however at the time of creating some surveys there may be certain problems of latency problems in carrying out the survey or problems to create it this happens very little, but it can be annoying. Yes, werecommend the software because it is a secure interface where it allows us to grow as a company both economically and in business, in addition to this we believe that for its price it is a perfect software, however it can be compared with others and acquire the one that best suits your needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has solved several problems within the company before we used a different survey software but in manual mode where we distributed information to our employees and customers and manually read or take out a complete analysis of the questions, however it became a bit complicated to do it already that we were growing as a company and even more Wanting to help the environment and not using more paper, we decided to look for software that will help us implement a new way to create a survey and we find this one that allows us to do the surveys, but also allows us to answer the Surveys from any device. What do you like best?

I love how this software is characterized by having different services in a single panel and thus making

Previously we have had very serious problems and greatly affected the communication of the company, the organization has been affected by not having certain answers about the work members, that is why we are looking for a solution and we find Surveypal that offers us among its characteristics, not only Listening to employees, it also investigates the market and reduces all the information by offering necessary responses to improve the company and work areas. What do you like best?

I started off doing surveys to increase work performance and get input from the employees from time to time, we implemented surveyplan as part of the employee performance plans.

Its so amazing to use and so easy to input the data. There is no doubt that will be helpful in HR for implementing new processes. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love how simple and intuitive this software is. They really know who to make a product that gets the right stuff in a quick and easy interface. They have all the tools needed to make personalized surveys and has sharing capabilities that are better than competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

They are still somewhat new to the survey experience and don't have all the types of question types like ranking that I would like. I also wish they had a better knowledge base that is customer facing so I can learn certain attributes. For example, I asked them how to code certain rows of a sheet into the survey and e-mail for distribution and it was not found on the wiki. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensure that you are looking for the right setup via question bank, results and look. I suggest you understand that they work out of Europe and may take a day or so to respond to chats or e-mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving the issue of creating, distributing, and analyzing survey data from our customers and employees. This program helps us much better than SurveyMonkey, which we were a customer before. SurveyMonkey was great but they felt dated and I felt like they didn't improve services over the years.
