What do you like best?

The general interface and layout are fantastic. Ease of use generally positive. Customer service is top-notch and accessible. Price is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Analytical data is often incomplete and leaves us wanting more detailed breakdowns of responses. Shouldn't be terribly difficult to build in certain features to provide users additional feedback of respondents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
