What I appreciate about Survale is how it provides clear, actionable insights through thoughtfully designed surveys for both candidates and hiring teams. While I'm still getting the hang of it, I find the platform relatively easy to use and simple to configure. What do you dislike about Survale?

There are moments when certain parts of the platform seem less flexible than I would like. Improvements in navigation and the addition of more self-serve reporting features could make the experience even more intuitive and efficient. Survale truly makes surveying easy! I appreciate how seamlessly we've integrated it with our ATS system, allowing us to automatically distribute surveys to both candidates and employees. The customizable dashboards for reporting metrics have also been incredibly useful. Additionally, their customer service stands out—whenever I have questions, the team is always readily available and resolves any issues quickly. It can also sometimes take more time than necessary to make survey enhancements but we aren't making changes everyday so this is pretty minor from my perspective. One area where I believe Survale could enhance its offering is by providing more in-depth insights or recommendations based on the scoring system. While the platform enables us to score different aspects of the talent experience, it would be beneficial to receive further guidance on how to improve those scores. What do you like best about Survale?

Survale is a great platform for gathering feedback from candidates and gaining insight to process improvement opportunities as well as potential performance issues throughout the hiring process, many of which may be blind spots for employers without collecting feedback. Our recruiting team loves getting feedback (even constructive) because it helps them understand where areas of opportunity exist and demonstrate the impact they are having for candidates during the process. Recruitment can sometimes feel like it all happens behind closed doors, for the recruiter getting feedback allows them to know what is or isn’t working and for candidates it allows them to give voice to their experience, all of which (ideally) helps strengthen the process and TA operations. What do you dislike about Survale?

My biggest issue is not even directly one with Survale, but with the large organizations I have worked with using the tool and depending on the integration(s) and data workflows it can be hard to align on the level of customization and drill down reporting that individual users/teams are looking for. Survale is very flexible and capable but large organizations should ensure that the proper stakeholders are involved in the initial implementation to avoid manual effort down the road.
