**What do you like best about Survale?**

What I appreciate about Survale is how it provides clear, actionable insights through thoughtfully designed surveys for both candidates and hiring teams. While I'm still getting the hang of it, I find the platform relatively easy to use and simple to configure. Above all, what stands out to me about Survale is the team—they are always eager to assist and incredibly responsive!

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

There are moments when certain parts of the platform seem less flexible than I would like. Improvements in navigation and the addition of more self-serve reporting features could make the experience even more intuitive and efficient. However, I do appreciate that feedback is considered and passed along to the development team.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Survale solves the challenge of capturing consistent, meaningful feedbackby providing structured, timely surveys for candidates and hiring managers for AMS's end clients. This enables visibility into experience, satisfaction, and potential pain points that would otherwise be difficult to quantify. For me, this translates into data-driven conversations and the ability to identify trends and improvement areas quickly, and stronger credibility when recommending process or experience enhancements.  I feel with all of this Survale is our preferred Survey tool provider :-)

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Fantastic service! The whole team is friendly, responsive to feedback, communicative and generally easy to work with. My rep is always happy to schedule time to review my needs and the system has evolved over the years with features I find helpful.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

I would like to see more flexibility in how dashboards are created. For some widgets I can adjust settings, but not for others. Some are responsive to the selected date range, but others aren't. I would like the full suite of functionality on all widgets.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For years our TA team has been working to influence our hiring teams to change our processes to meet the needs of our candidates, but we were always providing anecdotal evidence. Survale allows us to present data from the candidate's perspective. We've been much more effective in educating hiring teams and updating our processes.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Survale truly makes surveying easy! I appreciate how seamlessly we've integrated it with our ATS system, allowing us to automatically distribute surveys to both candidates and employees. The customizable dashboards for reporting metrics have also been incredibly useful. Additionally, their customer service stands out—whenever I have questions, the team is always readily available and resolves any issues quickly. They often find more efficient ways to streamline processes and reduce manual work for me, which I really value.

I do not have anything negative to say. Survale has really helped our organization to better understand areas we are successful in and areas for improvemnet!

Everything - the team have worked with us to enhance not just our processes but our stakeholder experiences. We have managed to obtain some fantastic analysis from Survale and insightful findings, which has enabled us to improve the service we offer to candidates and hiring managers alike. The platform is easy to use and has integrated with our existing platforms we use for both permanent and contingent recruitrment.

N/A - I cant think of any. Any challenges we have or adjustments made the team have been very supportive to work with us on.

Have had some challenges related to dashboard access and team members having more access than what they should. It can also sometimes take more time than necessary to make survey enhancements but we aren't making changes everyday so this is pretty minor from my perspective.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously did not have real time access to candidate sentiments as it relates to their experience in the recruitment process. We now have that and an ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and quickly adjust to make an immediate impact.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Survale has been an invaluable tool for our HR teams. It has allowed us to gain deeper insights into our talent journey and make data-driven decisions to enhance our processes. With Survale, we feel more equipped to create a better talent experience for everyone involved. I highly recommend Survale to any organization looking to optimize their HR practices.
I must also mention the exceptional service we received from our customer representative, Julie. She is truly amazing! Julie is always willing to lend a hand, improve our understanding of the platform, and guide us through the visualization of the data. Her expertise and dedication have been instrumental in leveraging Survale to its full potential.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

One notable aspect is the prompt and efficient support we received from our dedicated contact, Julie. Whenever we encountered any bugs or issues with the platform, Julie was quick to react and coordinate with the development team to make necessary corrections on the backend.
One area where I believe Survale could enhance its offering is by providing more in-depth insights or recommendations based on the scoring system. While the platform enables us to score different aspects of the talent experience, it would be beneficial to receive further guidance on how to improve those scores. This additional layer of analysis could help us make more informed decisions and take targeted actions to enhance our HR practices.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Survale is a great platform for gathering feedback from candidates and gaining insight to process improvement opportunities as well as potential performance issues throughout the hiring process, many of which may be blind spots for employers without collecting feedback. Our recruiting team loves getting feedback (even constructive) because it helps them understand where areas of opportunity exist and demonstrate the impact they are having for candidates during the process. Recruitment can sometimes feel like it all happens behind closed doors, for the recruiter getting feedback allows them to know what is or isn’t working and for candidates it allows them to give voice to their experience, all of which (ideally) helps strengthen the process and TA operations.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

My biggest issue is not even directly one with Survale, but with the large organizations I have worked with using the tool and depending on the integration(s) and data workflows it can be hard to align on the level of customization and drill down reporting that individual users/teams are looking for. Survale is very flexible and capable but large organizations should ensure that the proper stakeholders are involved in the initial implementation to avoid manual effort down the road. Luckily the Survale team has always been available to help us further refine and customize our solution!

Survale helps our TA tam understand where areas of opportunity exist and demonstrate the impact recruiters are having for candidates during the process. Recruitment can sometimes feel like it all happens behind closed doors, for the recruiter getting feedback allows them to know what is or isn’t working and for candidates it allows them to give voice to their experience, all of which (ideally) helps strengthen the process and TA operations.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

The customisation and integration features are spot on and just what we needed - we could pivot the questions, look and feel, and triggers easily to what we needed.  Loved the fact we could add additional fonts too, to match up with our branding.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

Some of the admin platforms and panels are tricky to navigate and the UX looks a little dated.  The front end design is great (which is what matters most) however using the back end - especially if you have dark mode enabled on your browser - makes it tricky to see what you're doing and it's not the prettiest.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Survale ease of use makes the experience better, the customer support is top notch any request we ask is resolved within 24-48 hours, the number of features they have is stellar and it allows for us to stay in the know of what is going on from the company.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

The simplification of the tool even though the changes that we request are constantly updated, making it simple with the content can help.  Deactivating a user from the system for instant instead of having the delete option there is only a suspend when the user is no longer with the company.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To gain feedback from candidates and hiring managers on the recruiting process and we will be exploring recruiter experience and how we can improve their experience.  The tool is benefiting us with being able to celebrate successes and address opportunities with recruiters along with common trends to improve the recruiting experience on both sides.

The way analytics are displayed and easily digestable for the user. You can slice and dice analytics how you'd like to view it, as well.

It took a little bit of time to learn how to navigate and the site itself - it wasn't as intuitive as some tech platforms. That said, once you learn how to use it, the information is excellent.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides great insight on our Recruiters' interaction with the candidate, relationship with the Recruiter to the HIring Leader, and how well the Hiring Leaders are interiewing as well. Gives good insight on what we are doing well and areas that we can sharpen.

Love the depth of feedback that we can get and the visuals for performance.

There's a lot of information in the portal and lots of ways to splice data (good and bad). It can be tough to click through to get uncover certain details if you're not regularly in the system.

Survale helps our team understand their direct impact on the candidate during our hiring process as well as showcasing overall sentiment on our Company's brand/ image. We're able to measure our performance against certain NPS goals across multiple points in the interview process as well as being able to access detailed feedback on their candidate journey.

The customer service team and ease of use are rare to find these days! You can easily make updates to current surveys, add new ones, or simply brainstorm with the team to learn best practices of what you want to do or trying to measure. Also, I have had the same CSRs the entire time I have working on our team. They are the best!

I have not encountered anything I don't like.

It gives me an idea of our ROI on the career site. Are candidates happy, what is missing, what is good/bad, etc.

**What do you like best about Survale?**

Survale is very easy to use and configure.  The data provides insights that reduce your dependency on assumptions and help you make decisions with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Survale?**

As long as you take full advantage of the capabilities of the software, and think carefully about the ways in which you will use the software, I don't see any downsides.

**What problems is Survale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're educating ourselves on candidate behavioral trends and our customers as well.  We're much more productive in developing strategies as a result.
