**What do you like best about SuprForms?**

I love using SuprForms because it allows me to create custom forms and surveys easily, solving the problem of collecting and organizing responses without the hassle of managing spreadsheets manually. The best part is its simplicity and clean interface, which lets me create forms quickly without any technical setup. I also appreciate how flexible it is, allowing me to customize questions and adjust forms for various use cases, like feedback, registrations, or lead collection.

**What do you dislike about SuprForms?**

One thing that could be improved is advanced customization. Sometimes I’d like more design control over layout, branding, and styling to match my exact needs.

It helps that my Google Forms gathered from customers are now in the form of WhatsApp chat, which is way more convenient for my user base. Implementing the system and integrating it with other parts of your pipelines is easy, too.

**What do you dislike about SuprForms?**

Not much, it's quick and reliable, often accomplishing its tasks.

**What problems is SuprForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuprForms makes my customer feedback super easy which reflects into numbers. Customers leave more feedback since it's chat based.

**What do you like best about SuprForms?**

Simple and effective, the Suprforms helps translate the power of traditional google form usage to Whatsapp. Great flexibility and ease of creating WA conversation from Google forms. It's like a Google forms reborn for the new age.

**What do you dislike about SuprForms?**

None as such. I would like Suprforms to scale up quickly and add more features though !

**What problems is SuprForms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

enabling a quick and easy WA conversation to register client requests is a boon for the CRM. It allows the flexibility for capturing client request data without the communication agents engaged and increasing productivity and eliminating weak points.
