I can configure a workflow to gather documents and data from users, and I can configure the app to proceed only when the user submits the required documents that I specified. The feedback feature is also very convenient to inform the clients of the status of their compliance with regards to the documents and data submitted. **What do you dislike about Superdocu?** Right now even though there are templates, there is a limited number. As of the time of writing this review, the roles and permissions could use a revamp and more granular permissions are desired. Additional templates are also desired. **What problems is Superdocu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have clients that need to submit information and documents for us to deliver the services that they require. Through this app, we can have a one-stop location to gather necessary data and documents. ### 2. There were only two options, make a new form or manually update the database. This has changed. **What do you dislike about Superdocu?** It is not multilanguage. An application with high interaction with the client must be multilingual. Small details are missing, but in the basics it is solid. **Recommendations to others considering Superdocu:** Superdocu is a well thought-out tool for collecting documents to be monitored. For example: Company policies to new employees, grants and document services. The tool does what it promises. I would like to see the ability to design documents in the future. Although today it can be achieved via api. **What problems is Superdocu solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a lawyer, I need to constantly collect documentation. The ability to mark instructions to employees, customers and forget is very useful. ### 3.
