The reporting features make for easy data extraction & manipulation. **What do you dislike about Submit.com?** On the odd occasion there has been limits on file size that can be uploaded **What problems is Submit.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capturing large amounts of applications and data in different formats. The functionality is pretty much on par with anything else, and it's much cheaper than competitors for pretty similar needs. **What do you dislike about Submit.com?** Nothing so far! We were being set up by a person on training, but they had a more experienced support person on the line. May have been good to have that the whole time. **What problems is Submit.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We haven't really had any problems to this point, though we're pretty early on it. Again though, so much cheaper for similar functionality. We were able to get the demographics we needed and our applications up and running in no time! **What do you dislike about Submit.com?** Longer windows of portal activation with the cost, for post reporting purposes— basically, making sure that we have access to all our files after the program ended schedule-wise WAS possible, but maybe a bit longer of an admin window accessibility timeframe ;) **What problems is Submit.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've benefitted so much. It really helped us get our footing on our grant initiatives and making sure we were able to reach our audience in an accessible way.
