**What do you like best about Submit.com?**

Since I manage multiple grant programs, I use Submit.com daily and it has been a total lifesaver. Despite packing an impressive number of features, the ease of implementation was surprisingly smooth. The platform is highly intuitive to use, integrates beautifully with our existing tools, and their customer support is incredibly responsive whenever I need a hand.

The permissions and workflows are fantastic. Applicants see only their own status, reviewers access just their assigned submissions, and I maintain full control from the initial application to the final decision.

Best of all, automation handles the manual busywork. It automatically filters out incomplete applications, reminds reviewers so I do not have to chase them, and provides real-time dashboards for instant visibility. Plus, going fully paperless has eliminated our printing costs, cleared out the office clutter, and supported our sustainability goals.

**What do you dislike about Submit.com?**

It would be nice to have a few more pre-built report templates to save me some extra clicks, but honestly, it is a very minor issue.

Before Submit.com, I was spending half my week chasing reviewers over email and manually updating spreadsheets. Now the automated notifications handle reviewer reminders, the centralized dashboard shows me every program's status at a glance, and the granular permissions mean each person only sees what's relevant to them. Setting up a new program used to take days — now it takes a few hours with the form builder and workflow configuration tools.

I appreciate how Submit.com solves a lot of time issues by allowing various applications to be reviewed in real-time, and lets us monitor and follow up with applicants as they progress. The software's capability for applicants to amend only a specific part or section rather than redoing the entire application is really helpful. There is a nice UX and flow for applicants. The native reporting and outputs are great features, making it easy to get a high-level view for stakeholders and narrow down data points. This transparency with our application process is very valuable. The immense time and energy saved compared to using Google forms and paper forms has been significant, enabling quicker processing of applications. The initial setup was really easy, with the onboarding process and support making it seamless. The fast support and help from the Submit team ensured a short turnaround time.

**What do you dislike about Submit.com?**

It's hard to suggest an improvement, but from a purely selfish aspect, more graphs and detailed image breakdowns on applications would be great. I can get everything in an Excel report and break it down from there, but this would be a huge time saver.

It's a very flexible grant management software. It saves a lot of time for us and we liked enterprise level features including Premium Scoring & Evaluation feature. Advanced Communication & Collaboration feature, Allow candidate mailbox (Applicant‑admin messaging). These are the features that we liked about submit.com including Payments powered by Stripe (Collect fees, donations, etc.), Bulk messaging (Send messages based on tags/status), Progress tracking.

We don't dislike anything about submit.com, it would be better if we get better dashboards.

It is a great platform that is highly flexible. We would be able to design application forms that are specific to community grants and establish automated processes of reviewing and approvals. It is all contained within a single system and this makes it much easier to track applications and report on funding impact.

Nothing significant so far. It is a full featured platform, and therefore I had to learn a little but their support team made it easy.

Ease of use - and how much time it is saving us. No more sleepless nights wondering what has fallen through the cracks like there was with our old system. Also the team at Submit.com is excellent. They are there to help with any questions immediately. Also they are located in Ireland which makes them very easy to deal with as we are an Irish company.

The multiphase submissions feature suits our process perfectly. We collect a preliminary outline first, then invite shortlisted applicants through to a detailed proposal stage. That alone cut down the volume of incomplete and irrelevant submissions significantly. The form builder is flexible enough to handle the technical depth we need without any IT involvement.
SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant, full audit logs, role based permissions. Everything is tracked and accountable, which matters when you need to demonstrate governance to external stakeholders.

The platform feature set, while great is vast and can feel overwhelming. This is due to being able to customize almost every stage of the workflow (auto-tagging, branching logic, scoring rubrics).

High-volume forms require a lot of time to assess and the automation engine assists greatly in speeding this process up. It is very user friendly, everything is on one dashboard. The grant function allows you to track the progress of each user, find all their uploaded documents in one place. Assessments of grants are very easy and you can invite guest users to view folders only and score grants. It is very customisable and easy to notify each grantee of whether they are successful. The download function makes it easy to run reports and track all phases of your grants in one place. The customer support is really good, timely and if small changes need to be made they are done very quickly.

It can't deal with Irish Language names which makes the Irish version of grants more challenging.

It deals with all the stages of managing a grant in one place and makes it very easy for the client to use. The fact that they can log in, start an application and come back to it at a later stage is a huge benefit.
From the organisations point of view we are now quite proficient in creating new grants, we have learned a lot over the past two years and now can access all the communication in relation to each grant and grantee in one place. It also allows for automation, its has great sample questions and is quick to set up.

The customer services is always really quick, the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.
It way very easy to set up and implement the platform and any new features added to the platform are clearly listed on their page. We use this platform regularly during our recruitment campaign to devise application reports and throughout the interviewing processes including the various rounds of interviews.

**What do you dislike about Submit.com?**

One limit would be when we use the phases, we use it to assess language fluency by using the video recording feature and video playback features. It would be better if the video recording feature started automatically after they watch a video with the assessment as it gives them a lot of time to prepare their answer in it's current state.
Only a small thing, but it would be great if the administrator could have admin rights to change users back and forth themselves  from "team member" to "external reviewer" as sometimes we need an external reviewer to complete the "office only form" and they current way is to email customer service to change back and forth.

GDPR - we have to share many applicant details with various "external reviewers" from varying organisation's an by giving them an account and sharing a folder with them that's easy to use it removes the issue with sharing personal data via email.
We use it for reporting application patterns, collecting application information, storing their psychometric results against their profile, assessing their language fluency, logging interview notes for multiple stages and rounds and storing the interview recording to refer back to. Also, the "tagging" has enabled us to screen  priority applicants first.

It has definitely cut down on manual work and made the whole experience better for both the HR team and participants. We run the awards quarterly, so we are pretty much using it every other day. Their support team is also responsive and easy to work with whenever we have questions.

Before Submit.com, managing our internal awards programs was pretty manual and messy. We were using a mix of forms, spreadsheets, and email threads to collect nominations and feedback, which made it hard to track progress or keep things consistent. Submit.com has solved all of that by giving us one central platform where we can build custom nomination forms, assign reviewers, and monitor everything in real time. It has saved us a ton of admin time, reduced errors, and made the experience much smoother for both the HR team and employees submitting nominations. It also helps us run more professional and well-organized programs, which makes a big difference in how they’re received across the company.

Provided us with a first class solution to a key business priority. Submit has helped us deliver a Grant Management system which is easy to use, accessible for the end-use, but has removed the stress from our staff team around issues of programming and in doing so, has saved us untold stress has saved our Charity a substantial amount of money, efficiencies from every angle. We would describe Submit as an integral part of our team now, we have embraced it, don't fear it and and keen to learn more about its features on a daily basis. **What do you like best about Submit.com?**

Submit is very easy to set up and has an interface and dashboard that is straight forward  to manage and use. The application process for those applying for grant funding is streamlined and efficient. The Submit team are responsive to requests for support.

**What do you dislike about Submit.com?**

For us obtaining multiple signatures on forms and terms and conditions is an important part of the process and this was a little cumbersome via the software. Submit have shared that an update is now available to more easily capture multiple signatures.

**What problems is Submit.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Submit has allowed us to have all grant applications and award information and paperwork saved in one place rather than multiple files in SharePoint. We can communicate with applicants through the grant process via the software which keeps a track of communications saved against the individual record rather than in email. There is also the facility to save attachments to an individual record which is very helpful for keeping files that may be provided after initial application in response to a request from us. 

We award funding for multiple purposes and have a number of different application forms. The Submit dashboard allows us to see at a glance which applications have been received and, via the tags and folders functions, where the applications are in our process.

External reviewers are easy to set up and the scoring system easy to navigate, allowing us to evidence decisions on awarding grants.

A great framework for overseeing CSR and community financing initiatives is offered by the platform. I like that workflows can be easily customized, and the entire application lifecycle from submission to final approval can be automated. We can get clear insights into impact metrics and compliance in real time because to the reporting feature's robustness. It has sped up and improved the transparency of our process.

To be honest, I can't think of anything significant. The technology has been dependable and provides us with precisely what we require.

The procedure is now streamlined and entirely centralized. What we love about Submit.com is how incredibly easy it is for our team to manage grant applications. The platform is intuitive and organized, so our staff never feels lost or overwhelmed when reviewing or submitting applications. Implementation was smooth, and customer support has been excellent whenever we needed guidance with the platform's features. We use it frequently for tracking and processing submissions, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. Everything from document uploads to progress tracking is hassle-free, all in all making the grant management process much more efficient and relaxed for all involved.

The personal support that is given and the speed of response from very knowledgeable team at Submit. 
From day one we found Submit easy to understand, implement and roll out. It is feature rich and flexible. Submit created an integrated on line solution to be easily designed and deployed to a remote group easily replacing a cumbersome manual system of documents and spreadsheets that had no real in built validation prior to submission.

**What do you dislike about Submit.com?**

Very little - in a lot of cases it offers more than a single solution to a requirement and working through both to chose the optimal one takes a small bit of time.

Automation of a previously manual  system of documents and spreadsheets. It automated validated applications, evaluation, recording and reporting.
